Is there a rule in PL with ID'S?

In Proleague all the players use their game TAGs, while in the 1v1 leagues, some of them use their names as their IDs.

LOL the crowd reacts because the camera seemed like fbh was going all in with scvs + rines but it was just him transfering them to his nat cc which just landed.
