Hyuk somehow manages to lose the Defiler without using any Dark Swarm, but it doesn't matter because the Lurkerling flank completely destroys Sea's entire M&M/Tank force with minimal losses. Scourge manage to take down one of Sea's two vessels and the Lurkerlings force the M&M back again. Sea has researched mines for his Vultures and is denied an expansion attempt by a nicely placed Swarm and Lurkers. | ||

Hyuk has some Zergling and Scourge running around the map, and manages to catch some of the M&M and force a retreat again. Sea built a CC in his base and floated it down to the 9-o'clock mineral only. A small fraction of his forces get plagued. | ||

Sea has expanded to the two mineral only expansions near his base. He loses one of his stray vessels to Scourge and is forced to lift up the min-only directly outside of his base due to Lurker + Swarm. However, he did manage to drop behind Hyuk's natural, but it was ineffectual as it was immediately swarmed and taken out. As far as upgrades go, Hyuk is 3-0 and Sea's infantry are 2-2. | ||

Hyuk gets his Ultralisk Cavern. Sea sends down a defensive-matrix'd dropship and drops the 5-o'clock main and manages to do decent damage thanks to his Firebat taking out a lot of the defending Zerglings. However, aside from killing Drones, he doesn't do any real damage. Meanwhile, he attacks the 5-o'clock natural as well and manages to kill a few drones before being stopped by Ultralisks. | ||

Sea drops some Siege tanks on one of the raised parts of the map - smart as it gives him quite a bit of control over that center part of the map between their two bases. His 3-3 upgrades are finished and he's using the Engineering Bays to scout right now. Sea's army is very Tank heavy despite him still only running off of two gasses. He's even getting an Armory with which to upgrade the tanks. He's expanding to the12 min-only as well. Hyuk commits to a nice attack on Sea's M&M force. He lands a great Plague and very nice Dark Swarms over them and manages to take all of them out with a minimal amount of Ultraling, in addition to killing a Vessel (I think, I missed that bit). The mines that Sea researched are proving their worth, however, as they stop lings from moving about the map. | ||

Again, apologies on my part, but I've been referring to the expansion outside of Sea's natural as a mineral-only when it really does have gas at it. Ultraling forces are running about the map and taking out many groups of M&M. A very NICE Ultralisk attack on Sea's 12 min-only drags mines into all of Sea's tanks stationed there, killing them all off before the Ultralisks die. Hyuk's expanding at 2-o'clock's natural as well under the watchful eye of one of Sea's SCVs, but Sea doesn't seem to be making any attempt to stop it. | ||

The first Mutalisk of the game is out right now, moving around Hyuk's forces. A nice Ultraling attack manages to take out a lot of Sea's attacking M&M force, but more importantly, takes fire so Hyuk's Scourge can take out 3 or 4 Vessels as well. However, Sea's Tanks still remain resolute and rip through the Zerg forces as well as any big explosive shells would. | ||
