Plus he spent a lot on drop tech since that was his only hope to slow down Much's FE economy.
He didn't play that badly. Eh, I dunno. 9pool seems to be the new mid/later game counter vs. FE toss.

He didn't play that badly. Hyun's 9pool was fine =/ rather standard these days iirc

He didn't play that badly. No, he was actually ahead in bases for a while The 9 pool overlord build is standard now because it usually forces toss to make a forge + 2 cannons. Delaying the nexus by 450 minerals. While going pool before hatch only delays it by 200. Even against a good toss who only makes 1 cannon + good building placement and a couple probes to be safe it still puts zerg ahead by 100 mins or so when compared to going 12 hatch.

I could've sworn I remember one point toward the top-left of the map where Hyun flanked Much's units from three sides, but Much did some gosu 4x storms to pizzwn everything. Pretty much agreed on all of the other times though lawl edit: nvm they showed the replay, that was horrible hahahah

time to show some gosu storms in the replays!

mbc better win the 2v2. i don't necessarily want to find out whether or not they have a player that can beat beat the much we just saw without practicing for it.

Hyun lost that game. It seemed like he didn't even try to control his army in battle. His lings ran in straight lines making it easy to storm. There were 2 battles that he lost that really put him behind midgame, one of them being his uncoordinated attack on 7. 3 cannons, 4 zealots, almost 30 lings running in a straight line dying to 1 high templar's 2 storms. At that point, I knew it was over for him.

anyone else really enjoying the replays, lol..

It was like Much was playing in his hands lol. I agree with you though. I think what he needed to do was make more lurkers and hold center with hydra/lurker/ling/swarm while using drops on expos/main. But i don't know, I guess Hyun did get really nervous. Do you remember the part where like 8 lurkers were separated from the zerglings and zealot/archon raped them? I thought that was the turning point. HyuN blew his chance of gaining back the center and Much did a brilliant job of keeping Hyun busy.
I think Hyun himself knew that he was at a pretty large advantage and..yeah.

His game plan was really good gotta agree with you there, but the execution was poor, as I said before If he just had controlled the middle with a good unit placement, he would had taken the top left expansion without any trouble.

Wow, just booted up Daum... and it's streaming beautifully. (fergie is playing outside... god i hate it)

Also Hyun just leaving his lurks unaided was pretty bad=/

Am I the only one who thinks Hyun died because relied entirely on pure ling?
I mean he only made a couple of ultras, some unused defilers and i think some lurkers. But Much having Archons and storm pretty much raped lings, flanked or not.

im tired of these "last time on CJ vs MBC" things or whatever...JUST SHOW ME WHO WINS

lol hyun built 1 muta, wtf?
