Bisu played that game as a PvZ. The whole circling around while macroing, attacking one base at a time while occasionally harassing another, while slowly growing on the map between each cycle. Scouting a lot early to not get behind in eco. That's his textbook PvZ approach. While it can look impressive in a PvT where he already has an advantage, it's...something that's unlikely to fly against Flash. Mostly because when T army movement is spot on, there is hardly a gap to poke, and one needs to consciously create those gaps in a multi-layered manner. Bisu's attacks lack sophistication. It's literally "I am going to circle around the center and ram a different base while macroing, making it a speed problem, since you have to reposition tanks / lurkers, and I'll do it over and over." That kind of thing just doesn't work in PvT when there was no weakness in the first place. That's assuming he ever gets ahead enough to the point where he is in a position to make an attack, in the first place. The push breaking was better than his usual, but nothing spectacular. If I had to name what differentiates players like Snow or Best from Bisu, is that they actually have an intuitive awareness of how many tanks are at which location, at all times, without necessarily having observer vision. Bisu is just going to attack where he decided to. He may back off after suffering losses, but his target selection is more likely to be "I haven't attacked there in a while", than "what's actually there" (at least, when vision is limited) | ||
