TvT is super dynamic these days and some of the best games so far this season have been TvT (Sharp vs Royal; Ssak vs JyJ)

Light's 3rd is about 70 seconds faster than Barracks, and now he's taking his 4th. Light's ahead, but in TvT that means another 15 minutes.

Scan/Nyoken seem to be favoring Shine, but Shine's lurker/ling attacks were expensive. I think Mong is fine for now. Fun game though. Defilers now out.

It's possible I'm completely wrong but it kinda seems like Mong wasn't aggro enough when he was pushing with the big m&m balls, pulling back several times against a single defiler with an ultra or a handful of zerglings, could have maybe ran past the swarms

I'd rather see Light wipe the floor with Shine then two TvTs. Barracks has a fun play style but Mong is, while competent, pretty boring, all things considered.

Looks like I'm not the only one who underestimated Shine. Light's slight mismicro on the Overlord to not kill the OL and slightly delay the push ended up being a big deal. Shine lost two hydras to a mine moving out but it didn't matter. His Muta micro was great, he sniped the first Vessel, and Light just got caught skimping too much (1 rax, no marines in the bunker).

It's not officially over yet but... no one can come back from this unless Shine completely throws.

I can't believe Light avoided losing all his Vessels when Shine came in with hydras and scourge and lings and defilers and lurkers when he got dark swarms over Light's barracks... That allowed him to stabilize and death push across the map.

You know it's over now. Light will clean up Game 3.

Shine made too many hydralisks. They were supposed to be there just to protect the guardians, but he still lost a bunch of them. Then he kept them as hydras even when the guardians were whittled down. And they suck vs m&m + tanks

Barracks managed to fall significantly behind in economy, tech and army supply by not being pressured in any way by Shine xDD. I am not sure how he even managed to do it

Shine limps his way to the Ro8 with guile and experience. He's entertaining, I'll say that much. Whoever gets him in the Ro8 is licking their chops, though.

Barracks still on the learning phase.Once he got exp he would be better.Whereas shine just a mad man. 4 pool on the elimination game he is such a gambler.

Nooo Barracks!!! He's gotta stop 8 raxing I feel like every time I see it he just dies spectacularly.

Always nice to see Guardians, that game was amazing and only Shine could have pulled off the execution and the shortcomings after that, excited for his Ro8 games Crazy to think he almost beat out Light in this group.

Shine is great at turning every match into a 50/50. It’s hard to win an ASL if your games are 50/50, but at the same time, everyone is scared of you (or should be). I’m glad he advanced. He always delivers the fun.

Wow this group was fucking wild! That comeback by Light was unbelivable, strangest TvT series between Rax and Mong, bag of builds once again by Shine! Final series was so dirty and quick, eye for an eye! That payback by Shine for sunken bust, I gotta admit you need very big balls to go 4 pool on 4 player map when you're on verge of elimination. I wish all groups had these types of games.

And bo3 for deciders rule!
