Effort knew about the 2nd rax I think when he saw the marine count early on in the game.
I'll also have to check the video after, but Effort's overlord was very close to Flash's natural, it might have gotten a glimpse of no cc.
effort definitely saw it but moving 560 apm you don't always think about the best terran in the world doing a build that effort probably shut down from playing in clans before becoming a programer. Flash didn't even hide the two rax, he showed all his marines up front

I think if effort dropped down 1 more sunken he probably would have won. I feel like if you see a timing attack like that all you need to do is hold it off and you are in a commanding position as zerg.
Ehh with better control you can also stall with 2 sunkens, it is defenitely a risk but if all his lings didn't die instantly and he manages to stall he is much more ahead than if he built a third sunken.
So while kinda greedy it isn't like the studpidest thing ever or anything. Of course it didn't really work out to say the least.
effort should have some lings on his ramp ! i see flash on stream , when he sends a vulture and a scv and the sunken targets the scv , and the vulture enters the main !
