Man. Zergs killed it today. BeSt played pretty well today, too.

I think he pumped out mutalisks, let Shuttle see them and compelled Shuttle to spend money on corsairs and merge his initial templars into archons. No cannons at the front. No energy for his temps. He then hit with hydralisks at exactly the right timing.
