Not sure what LoveTV is doing with her tiebreakers, shes not following the old OSL way of doing things. That was just loser stays on until one player loses 2 games in a row. But she appears to be doing another round of round robin, which is quite likely to end in another 3 way tie with 3 people.
edit: The results going the way they have this is no longer an issue

It was 2-1, 2-1, 2-1, and 0-3, for two people to advance she had to run a tiebreaker. I don't see what's different here.

Yeah there had to be a tie breaker. But in the OSL when there was a 3 way tie at the top and one person had to go out. They played loser stays on until someone lost twice.
So after the first person lost the tiebreaker in this tournament they should have played against the person who hadn't played yet and if they lost again that would be the end of it without needing the person that won to play again. The way she did it you quite likely to get person A>B B>C and then C>A leading to another tie.
edit: but of course that didn't happen so in the end shes O.K just given us an extra game.
And it was quite a good extra game too
