This always happens when Sea goes unprepared into a match. Proleague Sea with lots of practice under his belt would just open standard.
Sea was unprepared? He proxy-raxed in an amazing position, and had a specific build order to tech up quickly. Not to mention that he had almost a week to prepare for the OSL.
A build that was not refined clearly. MBC has already has 2 proleague matches this week. I don't expect that he got much practice on Icarus, especially after an MSL ceremony that took up an entire day.
...that Shine also attended. Not even I'm going to argue that Shine is naturally more talented than Sea is. Sea just got completely outplayed that game.
Sure Sea got outplayed because he made so many mistakes and Shine didn;t. If you don't think Sea made several errors of judgment that he normally would not have made then I don't know what game you were watching.

Thing is, he normally makes these mistakes in individual leagues.

how is that a defense of sea at all -_-
How was I defending Sea's play? I said he should have prepared better and made better judgments. Not sure why you're disagreeing with me on this.
Overlord is heading in the wrong way, Probe moves out and places the first pylon at the nat Looks like Free is going to find Hydra first.
Forge goes down for Free, two cannons placed soon after and rightly so as Hydra put his pool down first. Zerglings are made and are on their way to Free's base
Free putting down his nexus. Gateway warps in just as the zerglings arrive
Woah! Nexus was cancel? Free starting his nex again, Hydra has taken his nat and places his third at 5
