30:1 odds. Rekrul could have made a lot of money if he had bet.

Saying baller lines like "I don't care, let's move on" only impresses if you are the final victor. I think Jaedong got arrogant and too self-conceit of his own skills. He is indeed very close to topping Nada's record after all and fresh from a MSL gold. I hope this is a wake up call. On the other hand...maybe Bisu feels happier now.

Tbh this reminds me of the Boxer story, where he explained how he trained a timing drop of 1 siege tank on some map that had a platform that fits exactly for that tank and with his timing he could shut down opponent's expo and skyrocket ahead. But when the match came, it so happened that the map was rebalanced and he didn't bother checking it up, so when his dropship went to that point and could not drop the tank he was like "wtffff" but didn't do anything out of the ordinary (except that his dropship had to come back to base and he had to play from behind and eventually loose) Why am I saying that? Don't get me wrong, I'm as much of a Jaedong fanboy as every other jae fanboy out here ![]() Was he upset / angry? For sure! Did he want a rematch? Maybe he "wanted" one unconsciously, but I'd bet he didn't even think for a second about typing ppp and ask KESPA for anything like that.

If actually pressed PPP he wouldve been given a re. Heck even after the game they asked JD if he wanted the re, but he said no and told them to go on.

Doesn't do them any good if the rest of the team is trash.

it was clearly an intended function of SC. blizz intentionally made collision size of lurkers huge to make em clumsy as a balance measure. JD was stupid not to consider that lurkers might get pushed around when they finish morphing. baby won the first game fair and square. the mapmaker didnt make a mistake nor did blizzard. JD played like a noob and lost.

In Boxer's case, from what I heard, is that Boxer never got the new version of the map. The version that he received from Kespa was an outdated one. Nobody told him that the version got changed. It got famous when it was obvious to the audience that one of Boxer's dropships simply "hangout" in the middle of nowhere and ran around on top of a tiny piece of land for a good period of time. Kespa screwed up in that case. In this case, Jaedong simply said "no" to the offer of a regame. Then he lost the 2nd set. GG. Kespa hardly at fault.
