Im pretty sure Clam accidentally sent them to Fantasy's main instead of the 5 or 6 o clock expo.

The 4 OLs were not a drop—if they were, Calm would've started unloading units from them instead of running them away, when he noticed them being taken out by turrets. Just a fuckup, at 300APM these happen sometimes.

he just played the most standard possible TvZ known to man
and SOMEHOW with a HUGE HUGE HUGE advantage
calm loses? i mean that's one of the worst chokes i've ever seen in my life
half an army going this way, the other half hanging out doing nothing
awfulawfulwafulwauflwaful

WTF was the deal with those overlords????

Well, Fantasy had little bits of nice micro with the marines in Calm's main and the Firebat behind medics. He played very solidly, doing the basics of lategame TvZ right with constant pressure and drops. Calm's mechanics just isn't good enough. As shown by his muta harass, as well.

Well I'd imagine the interviews would be interesting at least..

I think those ovies were a fake drop hoping to force fantasy to bring his army back to kill the lurkers that weren't actually there, but you don't need to bring marines back if the overlords all die to turrets before unloading anything.

Don't take all the credit away, there were some nice base snipes in there and that eraser to kill 50 lings plus the god drop into main with 3 marines scoring 20 kills was nice Though Calm played pretty bad at the end and the random 4 overlord suicide into turrets was beyond stupid

I think a bunch of scourges died or something like that. I dunno, losing that lurker ling army was pretty bad, he couldn't pressure fantasy after that.
There you go that's what it was, and after that Fantasy sent a drop ship to the 6'o clock expansion.

God from what I read in this thread it was a fucking shame I couldn't stay for Fantasy vs Calm :/

Even when he lost 5 he was still on 4 bases. I just really don't get what I have witnessed. Will have to watch the vod when it is out...

sloppiness. Calm was really sloppy in general late game.

They weren't full. I know that for sure. I can't prove Calm didn't have the upgrade but why would you get overlord transport with no speed at that point in the game? There are no islands and they're at cross positions on a gigantic map. Calm was just playing douchey and somehow clicked a bunch of his overlords to walk into fantasy's base. That's why you see at the end of it, Calm's trying to move two of his OLs back and there's nothing coming out of them. He had plenty of time to drop a ling or two and the look on his face was one of surprise.

When he lost 5, 6 just came up, so he was on 3 base for a while. Not to mention I don't think 6 ever had more than like 6 drones mining, so it doesn't count as a running base.

I admit the eraser was very nice, but the thing in the main was standard progamer micro, Calm had to know just sending 6 lings at a time wasn't going to accomplish anything but he kept doing it anyway

cant believe fantasy won game 5

Agreed completely. The only impressive thing he did was eraser the lings going up the ramp to Calm's expo. Afterwards he lost all his vessels... :/
The turning point was when he let a handful of MnM kill like 50 zerglings and take out one base. God, Calm sucks.

I really wish Calm went hydra-lurk
