And it's been only 9 seasons. fOrGG is so ridiculously powerful, he keeps raping me in individual leagues and the team league. My Bisu won a SL, but the next two were swept by fOrGG.

I love playing lecaf first because I can snipe forgg and jaedong sending them into slumps later on in the season due to losing too much stats.

Oh god if they update this for Winners league format I will be so damn happy.

Is it worth it to buy equipment (mice, keyboards, monitors) first or to buy stuff like gum/vitavita/ceremony/sniping first? (by first I mean the start of Season 1). Currently, with CJ, I'm trying to have the players earn their own equipment from winning in the SL (I keep track of this in an excel) and my funds from PL go into stuff that benefits the whole team. I'm curious to what you guys did to start.
Here's what happened the first time I played season mode w/ CJ.
I finish 15-7, 2nd in the PL. 3 of my players (Effort, Savior, Much) qualified for the StarLeague, Effort was eliminated in the Ro32, Savior was eliminated in the Ro16, and Much won the StarLeague (fuck yeah!) against Anytime (lolwut). I refrained from using Much in the PL Playoffs because he was still in the StarLeagues, and I somehow got 4-0'd by OGN. Next season, and I fuck everything up. Only Savior and Much are in the StarLeague, both get knocked out in the Quarterfinals. Somehow (not enough gum, I think) I finished 11th in the PL. After that it all went downhill due to a lack of funds and stuff.

Focus on boosting up one player (I.e) your main person or whatever with keyboards etc and buy ing them for others when you have a chance. Make sure you use the uhm rest thing to make sure they dont get stressed and lose

Season 1 with CJ (not really knowing what to do):
Last in the PL, with a 6-16 record TT Flash won the Starleague 3:0 over Sea.
However, Iris is a beast.

hmm i am currently on like season 25ish with mbc and damn my lineup is awesome z: luxury byhero, planning to buy yarnc next season p: jangbi much anytime t: sea light forgg all of them have 900+ stats in almost everything and 1000+ in a few, with light and forgg are complete beasts with 1100+ in half the stats

Gum is the most important as it makes you lose less stats when a player loses. Then you can use vitavita in the beggining of the season on a player who is about to player OSL and he's really tired (below 90%). The energy drinks are very good for this, they are cheap and can get a person to 100% without using in game items. (this only when you are rich)
I found the ebst items are the monitors as they make your players less tired from playing many games. So buy a good LCD for your best player (Bisu, BeSt on T1; Much on CJ; forGG in Lecaf; etc).
Then you can gain mad $ from fan meettings.
Playing after 1 or 2 seasons becomes to easy. What I try to do is play and win from season 0 with any team and trying different combies. The bad thing is you always get the same maps on season 0

Yeah my closest so far is with STX:
1st in SL with Kal and 1st in PL first season 1st in SL with Kal and 2nd in PL second season
Then once I lost PL I restarted as I already have a few far teams and my goal is to win 3-10 season in a row of SL AND PL.

So what raises stats, aside from gear? Are there potions? Or is the only option to win games?

Are the potion effect permanent or temporary?

Perm, but it's a low upgrade.

My Flash has 2 SL Silvers, one to Best and one to ForGG. And KTF has one PL Silver to Khan with Lux losing to Jangbi in the ace match. Flash is currently 14 and 0 this season however haha.
|
W000t! Flash Won over ForGG but we lost in PL Finals with him losing to Ganzi in the ace match after sweeping ForGG go figure. Just got a double title with Luxury and KTF of course. Got Leta last season and just swapped out Violet and Fist for Reach and Yellow.

this is so epic
Leta Season 1 right before PL finals and after 3-0 vs pretty
+ Show Spoiler +
Season 2 after 3-0 vs Best and even won on Bakamgoji 65 P 35 T
+ Show Spoiler +

Any word on if there is going to be a new version for Winners League? I found this game charmingly addictive.
