I would like to propose a challenge.
This is for a game called The Puzzling. Can be found from Lock's UMS Pack in the folder "Random" or...
DOWNLOAD.
The game is a 3 player required map, where you must collaborate with your 2 allies to solve intellectual puzzles.
I would like to propose a collaborate effort to beat this game (assuming no one has already beaten it, or they will not discover this post ~_~ but I hope they do).
If you've already beaten the game/have progress further than others, you're entitled to bragging rights. In addition, it would be nice if you could provide hints/answers to previous levels others are stuck on to:
a) Help others
b) Prove you are in fact the smartest ^^
c) Allow others to reach the level you are STUCK and perhaps figure that out.

soo basically u have to find the triggers? all 3 have to be at the right spot for u guys to pass?
if that's the case I dont see any intellectual thinking involve...
its just a hit or miss kinda thing isnt it?

Could you show us what some of the easier levels look like and have us try to figure them out on here before we download it?

If you havn't played it you should definitely give it a try.
Posting any levels would be a spoiler but the fun factor of the game is very high assuming you have good teamwork.

The game is really fun until you get stuck on a level for 1 hr + can't figure it out.

This reminds me of Overture Facile... Very fun puzzle game, but once you get stuck, and you are too noble to use the solutions, it just pisses you off. Too many puzzle games in my history to spend too much time on something like this. Then again.. it is SC, so I'll give it a shot.

SOLUTION/ANSWER:
+ Show Spoiler +ROOM 2, HIDDEN ENTRANCE ON RIGHT SIDE.
WE'VE DONE LIKE 10 MORE STAGES OR W/E GL TO ANYONE TRYING THIS.
THE LEVEL WE ARE STUCK ON IS AN ANSWER TO SOMETHING ELSE.
THANKS FOR THE ATTEMPT PLEXA. ITS HARD TO TACKLE THE GAME WITHOUT HAVING DONE THE PREVIOUS LEVELS.

We figured out what's shown in the spoiler, but what do you do there?
+ Show Spoiler +Red gets minerals if they all stand there, can you do something with that? We also tried using that level in that room, but I'm not sure how it works...

This reminds me of Strip Jessica Alba. Despite being a stupid premise, that game is hard as hell and super fun when you play with a bunch of people who know what they're doing.

ah those codes, we didn't get it at first either, but it's no problem later
focus on the room just below, it has nothing to do with those codes

I don't have my friends online at the moment ^^ can i guess the method to doing it.
I should also add, we are uncertain how to conquer the power generator currently, by stepping on the creep it generates a constant kakaru.
But regarding the room just below, when the trigger is activated, there is a series of numbers,
3 1
2 4x3
In that formation. If i had to guess, with your emphasis on the independence of that room, you simply follow the order, 1234 3 times?

how do you get the guardian one with the creeps? my friends and I are stuck on that level and we know that the creeps are arrows but we cant seem to get the guardian to get past that first blow up

SOLUTION FOR GUARDIAN LEVEL IS AS FOLLOWS
+ Show Spoiler +I will denote the creep spots as top right bottom left.
- Initiate the sequence with 'top' and 'right'
- After the guardian has cleared the lower left green square from which it spawns, and BEFORE it reaches the 2nd green square near middle left, player on 'right' gets off, and third player gets on 'left'.
- Continue the pattern, next square is just 'right'
REMEMBER THE RULE, A MAXIMUM OF 2 BUTTONS CAN BE DEPRESSED AT ONCE ONLY.

Ok, we passed that part, largely in help to your vague, but very helpful hint.
We are now stuck on, using the computer passwords 1 and 2.

Rofl this game is awesome but we cant play it for long periods of time. my partners always go to work / sleep etc when we play for more than like 15min.

On the other hand, you can probably save, and replay with same people at previous point.
But in reality doing the puzzles when you know the solution isn't hard. and keeps you sane versus being stuck on a puzzle for 1 hr. JTAN HELP PLZ.

what room are you in? You got the codes, so it shouldn't be a problem entering them when you reach the computer room but my guess is you didn't get there yet. so where are you exactly?

I made it to the level past where you get the codes with the kerrigan reaver probe and ghost.
1 2 3 and 4x3. I'm stuck there thoough T_T.

Ok, We finished it.

and myself (spydr[ak]) just completed the map.
Before anyone asks, we're not giving hints. And yes, this was done without the use of outside communication. All was done within the game.

And whether you know it or not, you guys did have help. I did like 80% of the game with Vegas and I got help twice from team [shock] and JTAN.
And IDK in my mind, time competition really isn't an the true form of measurement, since in combination, figuring out the puzzles probably involved many hours.
But congratulations, I guess I'll ask Vegas for how to do that level (it was actually the inputing of the password1 and 2, it's the V terminal level IDK how to input). And yeah I'd be willing to help anyone else trying to do the game though.

Ok so me and some friends just discovered this map. We're as far as
+ Show Spoiler +the secret entrace in room 2 on the right side and we're completely stuck. so much so, that we just want to get help and move on to the next puzzle. We've tried everything we can think of, all possible combinations between the creep and the grass and mirroring the images in the other room that's as far as you can go at this point. Some help would be fantastic. At the very least a big fat hint

I think what you're referring to is the room with the 3 switches.
Solution:
+ Show Spoiler +Basically time it so that all zerglings activate a different switch at the same time.
If this isn't it post a screencap cause your description really isn't that great...

+ Show Spoiler +Also, when my party was doing this, we found the game to glitch up. When any ling stands on the switch, it should teleport them to the previous patch. If that's not happening, simple reopen the map and start again (you're not far in). We suspect it's because we went further in the map before returning to this room and one of the triggers had been skipped. Thats just in case you're having this problem

whisper XiN@uswest if u want help with that game...the only reason that game takes forever is because of the scourge/zealot/guardian with bnet idiots with comprehensibility of an ape, other than that i figured it out first try. hint - 1. the room with the computer can or cannot be related to the room with the reaver. 2. why does it say 4x3 but 1 2 3 for the rest? its 4 times 3 of what..?

when we load it player 3 is not getting a ling.
we edited the map to add one, but couldn't exit the first room even after solving puzzle and destroying flags.
anyone else having this problem? map seems to be bugged. help please!

Yeah, that old map is kind of buggy. Sometimes the flags in the zealot room are missing. ;_;
Make sure to try out the Puzzling 2 after! Search the forums for the thread and download.

iirc player 1 on 1, player 2 on 2, player 3 on 3,(in that order) then all 3 players more or less simultaniously on 4x3
