1. I don't assign rankings to players with less than 25 games played in a matchup. Their records are included anyway for reference.
2. I do not include Random game results to these tables. You'd think it's a no brainer, but surprisingly SOOP doesn't care whether Random was involved and includes both FlaSh and his opponent results into their main faction records.
3. Yes it's 22 ASL seasons, not 21. SOOP counts Season 0 results in their on-screen players stats, and S0 champion has the S0 star on their jacket too.
4. Yes KSL titles are equally as prestigious as ASL titles too. Except for FlaSh (couldn't do too many starleagues), Bisu, effOrt and HERO (military services), all your favorite ASL champions and runners-up participated and took them seriously.

You can if you want to. Allowing cutoff at 20 would recognize:
- Bisu as #3 PvP over Mini - Horang2 as #2 PvT over Mini, Best, Bisu and Rain - Mong as #2 TvP over Light, Rush, Mind, Rush and Last - sSak as #4 TvT over Light and Rush - Sea as #5 TvZ over JyJ (or even Light who couldn't make the top 5)

hero is not necessarily a hydra bust player, he is the epitome of why protoss complain about hydralisks; 480-500 apm macro+micro that dodges every storm.
whether it be queen's 973, his own signature build of 3hatch lair hydra den skipping spire for monstrous hydra macro, or standard 3h spire 5hatch hydra, he is the first person that comes to mind when i hear protoss players meme about "all zergs have to do to win is be good at pressing the SH button"

That’s just recency bias. Historically (since patch 1.08), Terran has still been the top race. Out of 82 premier tournaments (OSL + MSL + KSL + ASL), Terrans have won 35 times, compared to Zerg’s 31 and Protoss’s 16.
Would be interesting to have the winrates broken down by year (or every N years if the small sample size is too small). Meta and map pool changes seasonally, and I'm curious to see how each match up is trending.
