Do you know any interesting bugs or glitches in the Starcraft War?

On the current version of Starcraft, I don't think that there are any bugs in the actual game.
Only on the ladder, some players abuse the system and place themselves on top places, which is unfair !

The only bug I can think of is worker gas glitch to pass through any unit. Or the High Templar hallucination bug to create a real archon.

boy have all these videos proven you wrong

there are whole UMS maps dedicated to testing your knowledge on bugs.

like getting a zergling to stay invisible with the help of an arbiter or making a unit in a factory while it is floating to a new location. The map had somewhere around 15-20 levels to master iirc

DUDE! I guarantee you ALL off the bugs showcased in my Remastered video do STILL WORK in the current version.
The ONLY bug that was recently fixed was the "easy stacking of drones". That was a fluke with one of the recentish patches.

Im pretty sure you currently can't make a unit in a floating factory. Not a 100%.

Because the tileset was never meant to be used for melee type maps. You cannot load Installation maps in any of the melee play modes. And since the tileset lacks creep tyles, even in UMS melee games you cannot play Zerg.

Installation is for UMS only.
It has a lot of stuff like the floor and wall traps and the doors that can open while approaching them (at least if you use triggers to make them open and close again). I guess they just wanted one tile set for special stuff like that. And back then there was only the original StarCraft Map Editor, which didn't allow you to place these across tile sets. Therefore you were forced to use the Installation tile set for these doodads.

I think that most bugs don't have any in-game relevance anyway, so there isn't much separating a long-distance double Yamato bug from any other non-game-breaking bug. #UMSBugsMatter.

an egg can be maelstrommed mid spawn unit animation and it looks cool as hell, that isn't really a bug though.
