hello.
I am a map maker in Korea.
This is the person who uploaded lol map before.
It is a half island map and a concept map.
I don't know how to upload the map file.
I want to talk about balance.

And that phrase doesn’t translate to snowflake in English? What does it mean then? It sure looks like the map is made to look like a snowflake. Like, if you were a German mapmaker who made a map that looked like gloves, you’d post on an English-speaking message board that its name was hand-shoes, and then a native English speaker would tell you the right word is gloves.

And, that Park's song is remake of "雪の華(Yuki no Hana)" by Japanese singer Nakashima Mika. In Japanese, "Yuki" = Snow, "no" = of, "Hana" = Flower. So "Yuki no Hana" means "Flower of Snow" in precise interpretation, just like Korean. In conclusion, "Snowflake" is not a good translation in this case, "Flower of Snow" is perfactly correct, and "Snow Flower" is almost correct. But as far as I know, the original song was translated into "Snowflower" already. See Eric Martin's cover song, there is the word "Snowflower" in the lyrics. p.s. Both the original(Nakashima's) and all the cover songs(Park's, Martin's, and etc.) are really good songs. I recommend you to listen to it.

The name still looks odd to my eye, but I’m not trying to argue against a conscious decision. I honestly just thought that supplying the word would be helpful, which it wasn’t.

I honestly just thought that supplying the word would be helpful, which it wasn’t. I was inspired by my favorite song lyrics rather than snowflakes. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
