To those of us who loves Qikz a little extra and want to share wonderful moments he's shown us, to banter at his prison cell, smile as his cat does its thing, to admire him for all the work he puts into STPL, and his relentless laddering.
To those of us who don't feel quite the same without his final bow after each stream, or the overlay acting up, or his impeccable "gg"-timing.
The sheer will and ability Qikz has shown thus far organizing the Shinhan Tank Proleague is nothing short of admirable. And prior to that, the Clash for Char. There's probably a lot I'm also too new to really know about, so let's all share some love for Qikz!
I remember when you and I would smash out games back in the iccup days until the day you took a year break, but since you've been back you've not only been a funny player to cast with your most drawn out gg timings (card cup 2), but you have also been such a huge impact on the community and the game itself post sc:re. You inspire me to put in more effort when it comes to production for my casts and I thank you for the motivation to play more so I don't lose when you cast my games.
Taught the young man everything I know, which is nothing. Gave the man the lovely chance to carry me in a cast. So naturally I take all credit for all of his achievements.

Mini dark.matter appreciation thread:
One of the most pleasant people to talk to in CPL and the BW community at large, always devoting time energy and expertise into making tools for the BW community <3
I didn't want to reply to this thread because I thought I'd be self centered, but I just wanted to say thank you all so much. I've been going through a rough patch mentally recently and re-reading all these comments made me feel a bit better. I'm glad you're all enjoying the STPL and I hope you'll enjoy STPL Round 3 even more.
Qikz is an old friend and teammate. What he has done for the community should be recognized and celebrated. Cheers to you for dedicating so much time and passion into what I love as well. Add me to fanboy list.
Qikz, we used to play a few practice games as team mates in the D Rank Team Leagues many years ago.
I will never forget your slimy as hell TvZ, mixing 1-1-1 shit up that I never know what the hell is coming and when I make an early den I find out that you did a fake 1-1-1 into bio. I get rolled over badly every time.
Nevertheless, I'm a fanboy, I remember when the STPL just started some users on TL was confused and there were even complaints about the "mock league". I'm happy so see it grow into what it is today
Great job with STPL, but even more important, he's a great person! For all your efforts, all the great casts, all hard work, all the patience you have with us clanleaders bitchin about stuff, and all the joy you bring to the scene, I bow to you sir Qikz! <3
Yeah man quiikz cheers from across the pond America -> uk. Appreciate your dedication to stpl streaming which I thought no one watches at first but realized I was wrong. One question are those games livecasted with obs or via replay? Couldn’t tell

Thanks, I'm glad you've found out people watch
It's from replays, it's just not feasible to cast live. There's players from all over the world and 8 Bo5 series are played each week. I wouldn't be able to get the teams together for a long enough period, nay have enough time to cast all the matches if I did it live.

Well, I might need some help on doing it but now Radley has helped me set up a much better database I could maybe see if I could work out how to export the data to a website. I have no idea how to do that alone though ^^
Idk how is it today but years ago BWChart was of immense help when trying to sort out replays and get overview over big folders full of replays. There you can filter hundreds of replays by maps, players (add known akas), build orders and probably more indicators.
