soO was much less accomplished within the ProLeague than the five more noteworthy zergs of his peer group, but was fortunate enough with the brackets to have a single fairly respectable tournament run. He didn't qualify for more individual leagues than any of the above five zergs, but had a decent surge in form towards the very end of professional Brood War, when professional players were splitting practice time between Brood War and Starcraft 2, but never proved his worth outside of that particular time-frame, which the other five zerg contemporary peers managed to do.

It is like that bullshit narrative of MVP being a good Brood War professional based solely on his single quarter-finals run, and managing to take that one game away from Flash, despite having an abysmal career ProLeague record of 10-28 (26.3%). The threshold for mediocrity may be vary between folks, but I personally believe that professional careers should be based on the body of work, not based on promise and hopeful presumptions based on achievements earned elsewhere. I think people try to reach a little too far with Starcraft 2 legends, and try to spin a narrative that these folks were also good at Brood War professionals as well, based on a selective view point that suits their purpose.
