Yep, literally always have been.
And more information on Island Maps?

Was that the first island map in 20 years of Starcraft?

I may have explained poorly in the beginning. I think this only happens to all Top vs Bottom mode. Which it affected in ASL. I've gone through the recent ASL vods, colors were only red, blue, teal, and purple. Locations were all fixed. Not just ladder only.

What's worse is you can just click on the alliance tab at the start to see their color and know their spawn location, don't even have to scout to cheese or wait for their scout to come to you to find out their color. .

What is your actual problem with Sparkle? It's quite balanced, it has produced really good games and it's new, unique and exciting - all of which reward hard working and intelligent players.

Which race/matchups do you believe are imbalanced?

A, who cares? B, we've taken features and aspects of all of the maps throughout 20 years of broodwar, and figured out roughly what a standard map was. Most maps in the past would of been considered radical/experimental only a year before, and would be considered radical/experimental a couple years after release. 'Special' maps that work in a balanced way become standard maps.

Is this still happening? I played this one Korean Zerg and he went early pool every game without scouting and trying to ling rush me lol.... I wonder how long this is going to take to get fixed...this makes playing the same person over and over even more frustrating. -_-

Yup, confirming it's still a glitch. Just played and a guy and he tried building gates in my base on 6th probe scout lol, straight to corner of my base.

Also, it's not just on FS, it's the same stuff on CB.

It seems that the koreans are the ones abusing it. Foreigners probably didn't even know this was a thing until Scan posted.

Using VPN and playing with kors, they were abusing it almost every game ... frustrating, but kinda cool to see some neat cheeses and stuff if you know opponent location lol

We have just deployed hotfix (3922) for patch 1.21.5. This fixes bugs with replays and APM for player profiles.

Additionally, we have reverted the Red vs Blue default colors feature.


EDIT: The APM fix didn't make it in.

Which is weird, because ladder is always 1v1 top vs bottom, yet i got many colors every game. It worked sometimes? Only one 1v1 maps?
