Blizzard is pure garbage if we talk about starcraft. Killed proscene in korea completely, released game that failed to sustain and now release broken patches.
About patch 1.18: i have 2 laptops and 1 PC, none of them works with 1.18 patch. It crashes, or work like i run it on pentium 1. After trying to update game on one of my laptops it crashed and now i cant run starcraft anymore, even after a clean instalation! How the fck i cant run this patch on any of my 3 computers? Searched forums and found that many other people have this same problem, we got NO RESPONSE FROM BLIZZARD...
The truth is BLIZZARD DONT CARE ABOUT FANS, about their feelings and desires, they dont care what is right or wrong, its all about grow more and make more money. 0% moral value and thats capitalistic world for u.
Btw we still have ICCUP server, no need to get that blizzard shit when its just about downloading sc pack and mca launcher then you are ready to play with working ladder no problem.

1.16 is garbage (iccup always was, stupid admins and headadmin who cares only about dota) compared to remastered 1.20 even if this patch is bugged, sorry bro.

I do greatly enjoy having access to matchmaking and the new graphics, and I assume at least the MM glitches will be fixed, but I hope also :
- performance issues in menus will be fixed, the menus are too unresponsive, although half of this issue may have to do with server responding slow? but why is the options menus taking seconds to display too then, from the main menu too?
- performance optimizations for the game in general? it seems too hard to run for some computers, and switching to SD doesn't solve it because the HD engine is still running. I think smtg should be done so that when you play in SD, the game is a lot easier on your system, as it could be right? Perhaps switching display resolution for SD would help it display better too, because right now it's pixelated in a way that doesn't do justice to original graphics no? or is it just me because I'm using 1024x768 on windows? but it displayed fine in 1.18, and not since 1.19 (yes i tried bilinear on and off). Is it because the SD graphics get downscaled from the HD resolution instead of upscaled from 800x600??? because the engine is set to run to downscale from the HD resolution, and there is no switch in the transition if you hit SD at all, not a frame, perhaps engine is not switching, so by default SD graphics are just upscaled to a crazy 2033*whatever and then downscaled again to whatever res you are using, that's bound to look worse than upscaling to a resolution closer to the original no?
it just feels much better when all aspects of a game including menus run really well ofc, and then if you are having any small perf issues during gameplay, for a game like starcraft, that means competition will feel unfairly hard, it's going to affect your playing for sure

Ladder doesn't work properly again (on EU at least)? I tried to play, but the game kept freezing.

I started getting double losses and double lossed points when i lose. It is super annoying. Since this has happened i dropped from almost 2000 to 1800 very quickly. I dont know why this keeps happening to me...
Then for another account, I started I went 3-0, but it made me 6-0 with the points and everything. I don't think we can really trust this ladder system at all.

first of all kespa did illegal stuff and blizzard was years fine with it, they aint killed it if anyone then kespa
sc2 was amazing well its now also 7 years old but wol was totaly fine the playerbase was huge so much bigger then sc1 ever was out of korea whats ur parameters for "fail" ... that u aint like it ?
and also the game now have a few bugs ind teh new ladder system but are nearly fixed daily so its fine as well
i would say 1. maybe ur electronics has problems so dobnt blame the game 2nd if you act to the support like u write it here with the caps and all that funny stuff ... i am a it supporter project manager and i would never respond to your ticket earlier then 1 minute before my deadline xD
iccup has 64 players have fun there  seems the amount of players on your side is 65 then

Anyway people whining about glitches or ladder bugs lets put it this way. With Remastered, blizz released a patch to a game that would not have been able to keep up with more modern competitive e-sport titles, like its own SC2, and so to help give BW a stim, they released a patch that was essentially 5 times larger than the original game itself, if you as a consumer expected no bugs, then either you're new to gaming or a complete imbecile. Further more the current ladder league is called The Frontier league, because blizz was aware of problems with match making and mmr , think of it as a trial league, and I can guarantee your performance in this league will in no way influence your MMR when the next league is released once everything works for everyone. Blizz gets so much crap from toxic internet trash, even when they had to delay the international release, understand this is a labor of love, not simply for profit, but to try keep the SC we grew up with alive for another 20 years odd. We need them more than they need us when it comes to the old SC. So if all you have to say is nastiness do what your mom told you, and rather say nothing at all
