does anyone know how to fix or toggle the cursor size? sometimes the cursor is big sometimes it's small. i actually don't care too much either way as long as it is consistent. sometimes when i close brood war it changes size. anyone have any insight into this?

I haven't seen this issue yet, have you tried the 'hardware cursor ' setting in the options? Try posting on Battle.net forums as well.

i will try that. yes i posted it on the b.net forums like a half hour ago but haven't gotten any respponses. the weird thing is that closing and opening starcraft sometimes fixes it.

ive had that for the past couple of weeks actually its really annoying getting used to it being small then suddenly its big for a day

I really like the smaller cursor, havnt seen any explanation from blizz why it seems to be changing randomly back and forth.

If you wanna switch between cursors, enable and disable back the Use Mouse Scaling option, at least for me it works.

This must be a bug.

there is a new option called 'hardware cursor' it fixed the issue for me but adds mouse lag so I can't use it....these guys don't test what they release...

any legitimate fix for this yet? Cursor is laggy without hardware cusror, but tiny when hovering over things.

On Windows 10 (8/7 too?) you can change the desktop scaling options (100%/125% etc), this will affect mouse cursor size. Also it's probably best to have it at 100% for max performance, and set your desktop resolution to the monitor's native one.

I had this problem as well where the green cursor went to white and messed up gameplay. It also shrank in side about 3x from a green triangle graphic to a white clicker graphic. Anyone else had this happen to their game?

running windows 10. is that when you right click an app and go into properties? I'll check it out but i havent changed anything in regards to starcraft so it should be default 100%

so if I am to believe this correctly, this problem doesn't occur for everyone when hardware cursor is enabled the mouse cursor goes small when hovering over things?

I’ve noticed That having the blizzard app contributes to the white/green cursor problem. So closing it is somewhat of a fix and or workaround.

No, right click on your desktop wallpaper -> display settings -> "change the size of text, apps, and other items", right above the resolution

Happened to me too lately: it was big for a moment, and now it's small! Anyone found a solution & workaround this? I know if I go Windowed Fullscreen it will fix it but then I cannot change my gamma and game is too dark
