On the other hand, almost none of them is worth watching. Calm vs. Effort was OK, if you like ZvZ. Type-b vs. Kwanro had perhaps some moments of slight tension. The first two games aren't even worth talking about. I think the first game was worth watching...but not because its epic. If you play toss...you can learn how to beat A- Koreans maybe...

Well, it's true that it's a long game, but + Show Spoiler + it doesn't really have that much more than a typical ZvZ: zerglings, mutalisks, and scourge. The main reasons it went that long, I think, are a) the size of the map and b) the fact that both sides went for the economy-oriented 12-hatch. Jaedong had an edge from the beginning and he slowly widened it. Even a lot of "long" ZvZ games only have mutas, scourge, and zerglings. You can't say a long ZvZ game was bad just because you didn't see any hive units; I mean, that's pretty much all you've been fixated on while anyone who watched the game would have noticed that the game was pretty tense throughout since the moment both players got their spire units out and that there was a lot of really good muta/scourge micro fights.

Against both 2 hatch muta and now lurkers, he uses his first marine group offensively. WTF? That's like a death wish for any other Terran player.

Did you even read my original post (that fishyjoes was responding to)? I didn't say the game was bad. I didn't even say that I didn't like it. I said that, in my opinion, people who don't like the match-up in general won't make an exception for this game. I happen to like the match-up, myself.

3 (Jaedong vs. Canata) bunker rush is semi-successful--granted the Terran makes a pretty big mistake, but he still gets the bunker up and loaded--but the Zerg's reaction took me completely by surprise.

Actually it's better to be offensive with ur marines against 2 hatch muta, but + Show Spoiler + he handled 2 hatch lurker very ballsy.
