If someone drops down to D- he's also gonna find games. Have you actually played on iccup? The hard part is finding high ranked games, not low ranked games. | ||

and most of these were not even close to D rank level that was healthy now we're most likely never getting this again save for a new great game, but ICCup being difficult to find and difficult to play on doesnt help at all, the migration of the core player base to private servers works in korea because people are close enough to each other that someone can tell you about fish but in the west the population density of BW is too low for a lot of people to be aware of ICCup if they want to join in I think | ||

The issue isn't how fast your smurf is going to find games, its that if there are no newcomers incoming, they're not going to find someone at their skill level, someone completely new to the game. Do you think if you sat someone who is completely new to BW to do their first game on ICCUP, they're going to find someone with comparable experience and skill? It's way more likely they'll get crushed by someone's smurf of someone bored because they can't find games at a high rank. That's not going to be a good experience for them. | ||
