I agree that this is a big loss, and that it's a shame these sort of things happen, but some of you guys have a skewed and self-serving view of what "stealing" means. Do/did you have any disclaimers on your channel(s) stating that "...the content on present on this channel is an audio/visual representation of Starcraft & Starcraft: Brood War, which is owned by Blizzard Entertainment..." etc? Could that be why you've been targeted?.
In addition to something similar outlined above, I'd also recommend mentioning that the replays are in the public domain.
Do you know who has been flagging these videos?

It looks like the videos were claimed by Afreeca, not Blizzard.

Blizzard have stated multiple times anyone can upload videos to youtube or other sites including monetizing them as well every one of the pro videos were both monetized and basically approved by Blizzard all the videos had
"AfreecaTV" in one of the corners like Twitch.tv has -

Thanks for your hard work.
It's silly for Afreeca to get in a fight with YouTube when they can just make YouTube monetize the videos and pay them. They get better exposure that way, and they can't really defeat YouTube. But it's their choice.

Have you tried to contact youtube to ask for the copyright infringement law you have violated according to youtube?
Im not an expert in Law, but they should give you a full explanation if you ask for it.
The reason I ask is because unless afreecaTV or Flash personally reported your videos as copyright infringement, it could mean that any video submitted to youtube by an individual who did not produce the video should be treated the same way.
That would probably kill 30% of youtube (because even using segments of other videos like trailers or debates would also qualify as copyright infrigement).
Im not saying you can get the channel back, but at least youd get a clear information, probably helping you avoid this situation again.

It was meant to do exactly this. If you don't like it, you have to find alternatives to copyright.
There is no way for him to get his channel back as she/he produced 0% of the content on the channel; it was all 'stolen'.
Anyway, since Afreeca/OGN/MBC 'stole' the content from Blizzard, they can't claim copyright anyway.
You can always upload Starcraft games, unless it's Gom, because Gom had to beat OGN/MBC/Kespa, so there suddenly Blizzard applies different rules.
