Actually, with regards to a Zerg unit, "Hunters" refer to a specialized elite strain of Hydralisks that have double the HP and attack of normal Hydralisks. Just look up " Hunter Killer". If Effort had been massing hunters on his stream, and he is not allowed to mass them in the SSL, I can understand why he would be upset - they are a lot more effective against sieged tanks (they take 2 + shots to be killed), and are generally a better unit.
I mean, I laughed.
Also, is Effort officially out or is it still up in the air? Hope he doesn't leave.

Windows 7 *does* have issues with BW. Most of them have been fixed today.
What I have seen myself furing years:
- minimizing after launch FIXED Aero issue
- focus steal NOT FIXED When in full screen gaming mode, certain Windows apps may steal focus and provokimg lag.
Affected: BW, W3, DoW - generally games with older engines. SC2 seems unaffected
- Explorer + Aero active preventing BW from laumching FIXED
- Third party programs would be a category too large, but focus steal (Yahoo mess still does it after 10 years...), accesibility, scheduled tasks, app updates, hooks, explorer bonks etcetcetc - believe me, I've even seen hpshellext64.dll (HP printer shell extension) injected in BW and services (!!)
Windows XP is simpler, desktop composition is missing and not interfering, no Aero, tiles, previews and the gazillion of new things that can work at best 'acceptable' with a legacy app such as BW.
I dont know if Effort ragequitted or just was angry because of losing. But muta acceleration is especially sensitive, because of the great number of mouse events, to something like "the message loop in Windows XP checked for about 1/3 things as Win7". And there's multi desktop; message filtering; UIPI and so many things that can slow in certain conditions such as muta 480 apm.
Effort might have a point, after all. Or he does not know how to finetune Win7

Sadly, my last memory of Jaedong's muta was him getting out-muta-microed by Hydra 
That said, Effort shouldn't be so upset. Heck, everyone loses to Mind! Even Bisu!

Really hope cooler heads prevail and EffOrt keeps playing. Would be a shame to lose a very strong zerg, and my personal favorite BW active player.

^ Just saw that in the LR thread, really disappointed. He could've easily voiced his concerns and made sure it doesn't happen again. He also got xp back anyways which is what he wanted in the first place so his mutalisk micro shouldn't have been that affected. Either way, he was really unprofessional and his exit is a big disappointments to many in the community who had high hopes for him. Hope this is the last time he acts this way but doesn't sound like it based on his past history.
