he started up his stream again because he didnt feel it was right to stay silent when all his fans and everyone else is wondering wtf was behind his decision making. he came on to kind of explain his point of view and also apologise for the way he handled things.
he says there were issues with the way things were communicated and that escalated to this. the matter could have been handled better but things didnt really work out and hes apologetic to everyone who was expecting a good showing from him.
part of his decision making was influenced by the car accident he recently had. he doesnt think everyone knows about the accident, but after he was discharged he says he still had pain in his arm and couldnt play/practice a lot. he felt conflicted/frustrated about whether he had to continue the tournament because he was already lacking practice due to the pain but coupled with the os issues (not explicitly stated but ogn's tech issues were implied), he didnt feel like he would be able to play his best and he didnt want fans to see him play at less than 100%. that is the reason why he considered forfeit (he seems to half regret the whole situation) and that is how the whole situation blew up.
in response to accusations that he has always done shit his own way since even his progamer days (see cj incident), he says he knows there are fans who will shit talk him and make accusations but there are some things he cant talk about on the record and if people dont know the details they shouldnt talk shit.
when asked what his plans were for now he says military quite quickly. hes at the age where he should go and considering how everything went down with this situation he thinks the time is right.
some fans ask/plead him to keep streaming to which he replies it depends on the conditions of his arm injury. hes being cautious because it still hasnt been that long since the car accident and he doesnt want to risk making the injury worse which would make him unable to play at all.
he realises that people will believe what they want to believe but he didnt turn on his stream to ask for forgiveness. he just wanted to apologise to his fans for the disappointment.
he also mentions that he wasnt making an attack at bisu. (he mentions something else which i didnt understand because its some new-gen slang and i havent lived in korea for a while). but he tries to make it clear that he has no hard feelings toward bisu and he wasnt trying to drag bisus name into this.
hes overall trying to be optimistic and he said at least this was an experience he needed to have.
he mentions that when he first came to afreeca he just wanted to show people how progamers practiced, how they played and a look into a progamers gaming life from their bedroom. when he first got invited into season 1 (not sure what this is. i cant specify which tournament hes implying), he explicitly told the organisers that he had no interests in offline tournaments for this very reason and formally rejected the invitation. he also feared that something like the ogn situation might happen.
he says after he takes some more time off to rest and when his condition gets better he will come back
