his own current handling of the situation just makes him look bad in the eyes of fans who thinks he just using this an excuse to drop out. i actually feel that kongdoo is also partly at fault here, they should have done more to assist effort in this entire situation and avoid such communication misunderstandings in the first place. also conspiracy? OGN rejected effort request for winxp in the first place (not giving him room for negotiation) simply as payback for how effort criticised coach park and CJ in his drunken tirade that time. CJ owns OGN after all... this explains why they so easily accepted bisu's request instead, despite the fact they are both "star" players of this tourney. giving their past history of ostracising/kicking "ugly" players i can see CJ being this petty here too.

Keep in mind that we also don't know just how Effort went about his request. Did he just ask some random worker and they said no or did he go to the head of OGN? It didn't seem like he got Kongdoo involved and that would've helped him greatly.

I'm sure he's going to get a lot of flak for this for a long time.

Maybe I can catch up? With this injury, I'm not sure. Maybe I've thrown my talent away. Maybe I should move on.
