I think it's Effort, just with his voice, and also several game sounds (possibly all?) pitched down. I saw another VOD with his voice pitched up instead, I really don't know what's up with that, but it sounds fun i guess? Possibly to escape youtube censorship because of the music in the background?

^^Yes, exactly. His pop music triggers all sorts of Youtube blocking so to evade that I had to adjust the pitch. If anyone recommends an alternate route, do let me know, but the +/- 15% pitch shift was the fastest way I found. +/- 5 to 10% was insufficient
