we have private servers for years for the top tier experts/pros they work because there is no latency issues than suddenly blizzard is like lets make a global ladder im confused men did they think anything is changed in the internet highway bottlenecks since than?? nope ... blizzard thinks these issues magically dissapear? or that lag suddenly is not an issue when you try to play at high levels whats going on here.. nobody stop to think about how to address lag on a global ladder you simply cant if u allow players that are far away from each other to play against each other on the ladder.. just brilliant move global ladder now u can have matchmaking with the peru or other player you lagg with and not bann them from youre game works great guys thankyou blizzard it must be fun to leave those ladder games in under 1 minute when its laggy and to take all those loses for games u left because the lagg was undoable.. right at least you can leave the game on a private server if there is any lag and not catch a lose for it. at least you can ban peru or other high ping from youre lobby

Could just be a coincedence I guess, but maybe there is some other explanation. That can't be right... maybe you are getting global rank vs just US East confused? US East 2k rank gets you top 100 for sure. As of now, gets you top 60 or so.

Each with a diff username? Each ID gets a separate MMR rating, but stays connected to your main account. You can have 3 IDs per server, and if you delete one and create a new ID, the rating will be reset.

Increasing the latency on turn rate 12 to High seems to increase the variance without meaningfully changing the average latency (but is still faster than what lan latency would have been). High Latency is faster than Low Latency? Doesn't seem right

Do you really think in 5 years the champion won't be using custom hotkey setup? About custom hotkeys, do people really think that classic setup has advantages over custom setup? The only way you would gain by sticking with the classic setup is you want to maintain high performance without a transition period that would take time correlated to how much you have deeply practiced the old setup. I'm quite confident that there are time gains to be had by removing hand movement required for classic setup. No matter your hand position, it's another thing to keep track of in your mind and there's more physical movement because no matter your hand position, the keys are just more spread out so there's more area to cover in the same amount of time.

Could just be a coincedence I guess, but maybe there is some other explanation. apparently its because when you browse the ranking of a particular server, if you scroll up after a bunch of ranks it starts gathering results from the global ranking instead of that server ranking, so a interface bug these days I'm getting quite a bit of points loss outside of playing games, my MMR gets changed between two games I play, annoying ^^ it makes it harder to evaluate and motivate from
