What? Woongjin has become a serious contender since 2010. With Soulkey emerging and the addition of Light they had a scary rooster since last year.

Woongjin has won before from SKT1 last year if I am not mistaken, even with the bo7 and ace format. I don't think they have what it takes to be the PL champion, but they are surely a force to be reckoned with, as is Samsung Khan, only STX, Ace and well KT(so far) currently seem to be drawing the short straw.

You need to watch more PvP. Or more SC in general. Being scouted in PvP is not really being scouted when the probe dies or leaves before it sees anything after core.

Bisu wasn't aggressive with his 2 gate and placed no pressure on Free (critical mistake 1) Bisu did no damage with his faster reaver tech (critical mistake 2) When noticing that he was behind he had goons in the middle of the map in an aggressive stance in between the bases instead of setting up in a defensive stance with reavers @base (critical mistake #3)
Basically, he was outplayed. Perhaps if he had been aggressive at the start with his 2 gate, free would reveal his build. Perhaps if he did some damage with his reavers, free wouldn't get that far ahead with his econ. Perhaps if bisu had a good concave at his base with reavers, he wouldn't have been obliterated so easily and come back into the game by evening out army and getting an expo.
Anywho, I think bisu played poorly and free played well. I don't think build order is the sole factor for bisu losing the game.
Side note: GO FREE! I don't care that you killed my anti team! Wreak havoc and bring forth the goons of war!

Go Free! Wish I had put him and Soulkey on my fpl out of blind fanboyism rather than trying to play smart t.t
I'm glad to hear Zero still doing well in practice even though it's kind of expected given his history and the ways he lost. I still think he has the best shot at beating top tier players from other teams, but I guess with this new format that isn't as important a characteristic.
Anyways, doesn't matter because we won! Free fighting! Woongjin fighting!

Bisu lost because he didn't place pressure with his 2 gate end of argument lol, I don't think he even knew about the nexus going up as fast as it did and that was his fault. But realistically you can't expect players to always know what their opponent is doing but reaver tech went up at around the same time for both players (i think?, not 100% sure on this, I know bisu got facility first)
nevertheless, free outplayed bisu this week, and as a huge bisu fan i was pretty dissapointed lol but I still blame SKT's loss on soo lol

Bisu's robotics went up quicker than free's but again he wanted to play safe and went obs before shuttle/reaver, which would have been his last chance at winning the game. Once his obs saw free's nat, the game was pretty much over since free had mined an extra ~130x7=910 minerals by the time Bisu put down a nexus at his natural, which wasn't completed until many more minerals later.

No doubt, they're cock-of-the-walk right now.
Perhaps someone with more knowledge of PvP positioning will correct this, but it seemed that if Bisu had held the top of the ramp when Free was pushing up it and had landed reavers near the mineral patches, Bisu could have separated the reavers from a main army fighting uphill into a choke and forced a retreat.

Had Bisu held the top of the ramp, which he should have done, Free would not even try to break through. Maybe he would have gone around. Most likely he would have just stayed put and macro'd up more. The game would have lasted longer but Bisu would still be at a huge economic disadvantage.

What the hell? You don't "put on pressure" with two gateways in PvP.
Bisu did not have faster reaver tech. He had a faster obs tech.
Free prayed Bisu wasn't planning to go gateways or dts. Bisu wasn't planning to go gateways or dts. Free got a free win.
