Been setting the game up locally and figuring it out since it uses a particular framework I've never used before.
Think I'm close to completion but the database file doesn't seem to be complete. You don't happen to have any other .sql file from the creator? Going through the source to see the structure of the missing database to recreate it might take me some time

Based on the lack of wins/elo etc in the local host I'd say the Sespa database is the wins and losses and maybe old League and Individual League titles. Would be nice to save that if we could.

This is some awesome news, let us know if you need any help at all with running things. I'd be glad to help with design ideas, moderating, upkeep or any other matters really. Really looking forward to this.

If I might be so bold to as suggest that you consider a slight rework of the graphical design of the site, and juuust maybe consider naming the game a general starcraft manager (or something, i dunno) instead of the strictly BW theme that shakuras currently has. Might give it some extra appeal to attract a suistanable playerbase. Some long term decision should prolly also be considered, but at the moment I'm more interested at the prospect of getting the game online again than anything else, so most of the core issues with the game can be ironed out later on, as you (and we all) get familiar with the game and the code.

Will change stuffs when its fully working. Still got errors I have to figure out. But yeah I thought about scmanager as a name

Will there still be "motivation" (?) mechanic that forced you to switch players around? That had been deal-breaker which forced me to leave back then.

The bw theme is one of the main reason I like playing the game. If you remove that, you might get some new players, but you'll also be losing quite a few people including me. Not to mention that is one of the core ideas behind the creation of this game. We never really had problems with not having enough players.

If you want an sc2 manager game, go create a new game.

Are you able to know if people will be "cheating" by having more than 1 team? What is stopping someone from flooding the game with multiple accounts using different IP's? I believe the banning of a certain person whos name has escaped me right now that had like 5+ teams and caused a huge free agent buying period.
