rework the experience mechanic so its not infinite, add retirement (force retirement at age 28, and have it rng based post 24) add depreciation of skills (from age 22 and over they start lowering rather than going up) give new managers players that are viable to stick around in the league they are in, rather than giving them a bunch of utterly useless players change the website name to something like Shakuras.com or StarcraftManager.net fix the game matches not playing bug if you can please ![]() biggest suggestion; rework the new player system (its currently at the end of the season each team gets a pool of players that may have good potential.) I would much prefer an interactive version, where you can invest money into it to improve the quality and amount of players you recieve, and i would also like the ability to have scouts you could pay to scout out lower league players newbies for potential I was thinking something along the lines of training facilities, which improve the rate of skill improvement (make sure it only affects new players, so like 14-17 year olds only) new talent facilities which improve the quality of newbies or the number of newbies you recieve (probs best to have number of newbies, for balance) and the biggest feature would be loaning them, and any players really so for example lets say i get a really good young player that i want to get experience with immediately, and can play well in the lower divisions, i would like to be able to loan that player to that team for the season Sorry for wall of text, just really happy shakuras is coming back the returrn of kevinsorbo is imminent :3 | ||

I probably forgot the correct name for the mechanic, but one where the player begins to play sub-optimally if you don't trade him to another team after certain amount of period. I think it was implemented to prevent player hoarding, which I opposed because of three reasons: 1) it doesn't fit thematically, 2) it punishes managers who have emotional involvement with certain players, and 3) it's not like it will help to stabilize the playing field; the team who is forced to release one of the best player will be able to get player of similar calibre from the money he got from the auction, and vice versa for player who has to release poor player. | ||

I don't think that was ever implemented. That never went past the planning stages as pretty much everyone was opposed to it. | ||

It has been implemented, but the game didn't last much long after so we didn't see the repercussions. No big players got hurt too much by it. | ||

Well here are the priorities I would put: 1) Fix bug about games not being automatically played 2) Remove motivation mechanic 3) Add player retirement and depreciation | ||
