Nice to see Stork in top 10 again.
Only 4 Protoss though :/
|
wow. fanta still third...
and flash still double bisu. hahaha
|
wow Flah lost like 1000 points:O
|
even though the top (flash, jaedong fantasy) are slumping, they're still pretty ahead.
|
I can't believe bisu has made such a huge comeback since I stopped watching BW.
|
Bisu up to number 4, oh yeah! Flash points is ridiculous, so far ahead from everyone!
|
The Dragon order is restored.
Remember the thread, where someone stated Bisu is not a dragon anymore?
Eat this ;-)
btw. Fuck yeah fantasy and STORK
and Fanta isn't slumping at all, he is a dead lock at Ro4 at the OSL, and his MSL run was not so bad. His PL Power was never any good at all, so it's just his normal self.

Flash's past year was unbelievable, with his 3 back to back finals and 4 golds. These points are slowly decaying away and that accounts for a lot of this, especially with an off-season during the summer with no games played.

Bisu is now #2 by Kespa rank in the MSL. If he beats Stork, he can avoid JD until the finals. Rather an interesting thing to note.
|
Bisu vs Jaedong would be sweet. Stork's glory lies in the OSL =p
|
Lol magikarp, stop swimming down.
Ssak +41. Holy fuck.

Hah. It's like powerleveling.

Two things that stood out for me: There are four Protoss in the top ten, but only five in top twenty. There are only two Oz members in top twenty (JD 2, HiyA 19), the next is Anytime at 62

|
Hyuk went down : ( Damn screw this ranking lol
|
Now I definitely hope that Bisu wins against Stork so that we may be able to see Jaedong vs Bisu in the finals.

Bisu +3 Stork +5
its time for a new TaekBang-era

I guess Killer is another Jaedong :D

a lot easier to agree with then the power rank, though that is only based on single months
|
Shine only 15th? Hes way too underrated

Meh, even back in the "golden age" of Six Dragons. It was only the six dragons that are performing well. All other Protoss players at the time don't even deserve mentioning. After the 6 top Protoss, the 7th was probably Backho and I am not even joking.

Man, Kwanro is so random. His peak on Kespa was mindbogglingly inexplicable and now he's dropping like a stone for inexplicable reasons too.

Kwanro does good when there are no set standard builds. If there is stable phase, kwanro tends to lose more games. Its funny because everybody knows his style but still they lost because you could not know what style he would go (time when he got 2nd place @MSL).

But yeah, give him a new map and he might do better.
But Ssak must surely be the biggest fluke. That single win over Flash must have been the major contributor to his +41 rise, by far. It's worth noting that in PL the guy has been sent out almost exclusively on Circuit Breaker, and he's mostly failed on in. And not to anyone decent either.

I hit this topic expecting to see Flash maybe knocked out of first. Apparently not lol.

Iirc, a lot of points in the KeSPA rank are obtained through winning tournaments, right? If so, then that would explain Flash/Jaedong's ranks
|
Indeed.
But think about how high Bisu's Kespa has gotten, and he has not made it past Ro16 in the past year (and has lost in many Ro36's and Ro32's).

You need to win a lot of matches to win a tournament so of course it will give you a lot of points...
|
Flash dropped over 400 points, JD about 50 If Jaedong makes it to the MSL finals, he should overtake Flash.
|
this shows how much far ahead J and F is LOL the other players should take this advantage to catch up since they might not find an opportunity to do so ;d
|
hell yea Hydra +7 into the top 10
|
Sea Light freefall.
Go Bisu go...
|
Bisu is clearly the gamer of the year. Clearly...
Wait, I'm not a T1 sheep.
|
First and foremost, gtfo the top ten free.
Fantasy's finally going to drop from third, though it would be nice to see different faces take up first and second eventually.
Personally predicting Light to jump back up to top ten during the Winner's League rounds, assuming that he goes through another monstrous run similarly to last year's run.

Yes, also points linger around for a very long time I think.

For Flash to drop out of first, someone would have to win an comparable number of leagues at once. Seeing as Jaedong is out of one league, and anyone else that's still in both leagues is too far below Flash atm, it's not going to be until next MSL/OSL season before someone has a chance of passing Flash I think.

It has more to do with leagues falling out of the last 12 months tracked by Kespa than Flash losing games. League wins are worth so much more than regular games that even if Flash were to win both leagues (and he can't since he's out), there'd still be a gap of 1-2 months where he'd see a huge point drop because last year's MSL/OSL fell out of the last 12 months, while the current running MSL/OSL haven't finished yet.

Stork!!! hope he's top 5 and above Bisu haha

IIRC it's 400 points for a league win, so it's basically impossible for anyone to pass Flash or Jaedong at this point. Even if Stork wins both leagues, he'll be at ~2200. JD would be short of passing Flash by ~50 points even if he wins MSL unless Flash drops a ton of games during WL, which is extremely unlikely given that he has nothing else to practice for. If Fantasy wins OSL he'll still be stuck in 3rd place behind Flash and Jaedong as well.
|
This ranking made me happy.
Fantasy needs to improve to keep 3rd spot and hope he does. Its refreshing to see protoss lineup right behind top 3. Stork seems like skyrocketing trough the roof(and fully deserved also).

Bisu's recent All-kill has propped him above Stork and just a little below Jaedong.

Wow, regarding ELO (which is irrelevant to Kespa rank) TBLS is equivalent at this point to the 2300 club.
