Progamers don't owe you a damn thing. What's your point? Don't act as though they stabbed you in the back. no, but they stabbed the competitive nature of the game in the back, and thats all that matters.
if the extent of this is true, its going to bring down Brood War, and kESPA with it.

Oh Jesus Christ no.
OK EVERYBODY STOP. We know nothing for sure. Yes some people are probably guilty but can we stop mentioning random names. It is one thing if 6 players are involved and another thing if 20 players are involved. Let's not jump to conclusions and hope for the best, as sad as this is.

no.. this can't be happening.

I am telling EVERYONE right now that LighT was paid to lose vs PerfectMan. I bet 10,000 gosubet minerals on this match and LighT lost.

Call me a bad person or whatever else you want but I'd actually be glad if MJY really did this after his "comeback". (the post-"I will destroy everyone in 2009"-era)
The reason is simple. I'd prefer having back a kickass sAviOr that made a mistake (and hopefully regrets it + learns from it) over having a sAviOr that really lost most of his skills and will possibly never make a true comeback. (The optimum obviously being a non-involved MJY that finally gets his shit together and makes a real comeback!)

Question: Any chance JAedong is involved? His recent ZvZ failures and forgetting consume in that game on matchpoint vs Flash seems really odd

But does that make his MSL win (POWER OUTAGE or not) odd? I don't think any of recent players would be involved, especially Jaedong and Flash.
Just saw the list. Sigh. Omg. That list is insane. I just refuse to believe the whole list.

Sorry but random speculations at this point are just really annoying - makes things a lot worse than they already are.

He was on the fabled list, so yeah, there is a chance.

They can't earn big money either on winning tournament or having big salaries, so they bet on matches. But think at least a bit why top progamers with big salaries do that? It's pretty easy to explain. Guys, they are slaves. Slaves of KESPA. Remember the situation with Jaedong last year? In football or any other sport - when player becomes leader in his team - he wants to move to bigger team or get better salary and usually he gets it. Team gets some reward for that ofc. So both teams are satisfied, player is satisfied, everything fine. But those fucking KESPA rules don't give players an opportunity to do that or that opportunity is really miserable. The only real opportunity for player to move between teams is if coaches agree on their level(and they usually agree only if team doesn't need that player). But if they agree - noone takes care if player wants to move himself. Players didn't like that their opinion doesn't matter. They had find the way to earn bigger money themselfes. I think the only person which is really guilty is KESPA or their coaches, but not players themself. Give players more freedom, don't act them as they are slaved and everything will be fine!
YES!!!!!!!!! exactly

This is awful. I cant believe sAviOr would do that, think how terrible it would be if he threw the finals to Bisu... That would suck so hard. That final was one of the most epic finals ever... hope to god that isn't the case.
edit: I guess what Strelok said is true but it still sucks balls.

This is all going according to Blizzard's plan. As a result of their fallout with KeSPA, they had a backup plan, "bribing" the progamers to leak fake information saying they were bribed to throw matches. Blizzard had no choice but to take action to help players transition from BW to SC2, because the Korean pro BW scene would never die if left by itself. It's the perfect game. Blizzard knew this and had to sabotage everything to make profit off of SC2. Shit's a conspiracy.

Lighten up, guys! Now all we need is a confirmed case of doping and Starcraft has finally arrived in the wonderful world of today's real sports!
I thus forecast: Starcraft is going to be Olympic by 2020!
But seriously: It really shows how important/profitable Esports have become and just comes with the territory, I guess. Shame on, Saviour though (if he is involved).

this explains why savior was sucking after his reign
