one game doesn't really say too much. they probably picked a game he won against a progamer out of many that he lost to show

The first 'episode'/installment was actually the second half of the Returned After-Talk show that begins airing at 21:00 Friday KST. This also explains why the 'show' is only half an hour long... it's actually only half a show.

I think the two different shows have 2 different perspectives.
Nal ra is suppose to show the difficulties of returning to bonjwa mode and make you kinda appreciate the amount of skill Nada and Savior have. This show will not go off track much and will probably only talk about progaming.
While hyunjoon is suppose to show the human side of progamers, not just the computer robots that do a build 40 times over and get it 100% perfect. Hyunjoon shows what progamers do on their free time. Playing soccer, going to karaoke, going to the gym, playing ping pong, going on cyworld. It shows what living conditions are like at the progaming house and that progamers dont only have 1 objective to play sc. It shows that progamers have feelings too. Also shows how hard it is to actually BECOME a progamer rather than regaining skills that were lost from lack of practice. Hyunjoon is learning from scratch. Nal_ra made the Bisu build do able. Youre comparing 2 very different kind of people and that just isnt fair.
Hyunjoon IMO is much better. If i wanted to know about what progamers do to practice, i can look at interviews and watch games. If i want to know what bisu, sea, boxer do on their free time, I can watch hyunjoon.

Hyunjoon is also hillarious with all his goofing around. Though both are pretty interesting imo.

I heartily agree with this post!
I don't know if Hyun is a much better show, but it's definitely a great alternative and completely different.
Anyway glad to see so much korean stuff being translated by our awesome TL-Sub team!

Yeah... but you don't you understand... this is Kang Min we are talking about. Not some Joe Bloggs or Hyuk.
Nal_rA! One of the most entertaining players of all time. The player none of us expected to ever see playing again. Now we get an inside view of his attempt to return to greatness, and root for him along the way.
Never really watched the progamer Korean shows much, or anything from Korea ...
... but I really enjoyed that. Found it fascinating, actually. Hope the guy kicks ass and makes it through. Those progamers reminded me of what the CS players in Australia are like - dickheads with no manners in real life that are going to cop a severe beating from life when their gamer careers are over in 10 years.
Looking forward to watch both shows, cause i don`t think "the dreamer" can be as flashy as hyun but without a doubt we are going to see better games in his show and i must admit i kind of like his clumsy self^^. Looking forward to see him shine once AGAIN
supposedly Nal_rA goes to the KT house, and asks for a practice partner, and somehow gets FLASH. Everyone is joking how they'll only practice with rA if he beats Flash, and then they all go on to describe how they automatically slump after playing Flash, and how they lose all hope and forget what victory is XD
BUT THE CRAZY PART?! The teaser shows suspicious clips that possibly... incredibly... perhaps rA actually BEATS FLASH?! It definitely looks like it... if so... wtf?! Everyone is like... Flash.. wtf... and there's a few clips of dragoons and reavers raping his base... sigh i want to see the actual episode!!!
Edit: rewatched that small clip a few times... looks like rA definitely beat Flash... incredible...
watched the ep2. i'm pretty sure nal_ra is playing as "magmu1"on iccup. btw if i understood it right nal_ra says you can't buy anymore samsung dt-35 keyboards? wtf? and lol luxury wearing an old sparkyz t-shirt at kt house.
he is SCplay for sure (the terran guy on iccup) and i did some research for PvT matches on his matchlist on Match Point for ~10 minute long games. i found some names. Chaos_K magmu1 or Chewable or Shuttle[3.33]

Wow I didn't think I'd like this show as much as the other one. But this one feels more genuine, and it has a better backstory that is very relatable. It feels more like a real journey.
