Never before was there a more polarizing, sometimes helpful, and always annoying figure. While many of us knew him as Charlie, others knew him as SpoR. His powers were so strong that it took the the Witch King himself, Liquid'Nazgul, to put the final nail in the coffin.
---History---
On the same day that Ne-Yo's So Sick was number 1 on the charts, CharlieMurphy was born in the TeamLiquid community. He shared his birthday with ex-007 Timothy Dalton, actor Gary Oldman, and lesbian personality Rosie O'Donnell. On that day CharlieMurphy posted his first post in a thread started by our friend Day[9] about issues with a Sega Saturn Emulator:

It is both intriguing and saddening to think that the Sega Saturn emulator was what started Charlie on his amazing journey through TL. During his time, he was always in need of something, whether it be hacks, beta-keys, or just an ear to listen. By 2008 Charlie already ammased 10,000 posts. It is key to remember though that while we know of his main account, and of his SpoR account, Charlie admitted to all that he first started trolling TL back in 2003 and since then was banned on more occasions than anyone can seem to count. In this blog Charlie admitted to at least 15 other accounts including the ever brilliant offer to make love to all of us with the name:
If you dig through TL enough, you will soon find that there are very few threads and forums in which Charlie didn't grace with his presence, but in old forum 18, Blogs, was really where he shined brightest. Whether it was his own creation or commenting on others, Charlie had a knack for getting attention. On one warm June afternoon in 2007 Charlie decided that it was time for him to create his TL blog, and during his time with us he was able to post at least 150 blogs between his various accounts. With awe inspiring titles such as HEY FUCKERS where he whines for a birthday thread, Peeing Question where he informs us with insight about his urination issues, and lol @ my drunken GF's voicemail: where Charlie shares a voicemail from an ex-girlfriend, Charlie seemed to always be on the front page.

As mentioned above, Charlie seemed to have a split personality. Some people claimed him to be a nice guy, while others wanted to kill him. Nice or not, Charlie was prone to the occasional outburst, sometimes aimed towards a race as in FUCK PROTOSS, toward a company as is Fuck You GoodYear, but normally aimed towards other insecurities of life:

- And I slink away, dejected and defeated(grrlblawg)

With such a long and complicated history, digging up every mod note would be quite the feat, but this covers it pretty well.
My personal favorite bann-able offense came in the TL Hacker Database when Charlie gave us his most in-depth pearl of wisdom with this post:

Whether it was fixing a mouse, being MacGyver, calling out FakeSteve, being reminded that he is not FakeSteve, informing us about Muslim justice, or teaching us that his president is black, CharlieMurphy always had the best interests of humanity in mind. Our dear friend CharlieMurphy was even concerned with the sexual health of both males and females on TeamLiquid.
