I have reached C-, a day before the season ends! Close!  I actually reached my goal for this season and I am happy! My next goal for next season is to reach C. I played D+s and it seems D+s are easy to beat for me now, unless they weren't true D+s, I manage to also beat Combat-EX on PvP I have the replay! Congratulate me i need all your support sc community 
ok i just checked my replay database, and for some reason it wont play cuz it says the replay is too long to read, idk wtf happened, but i promise you i beat combat-ex in a pvp you can ask him if Raz0r77 took a game from him and it wasn't a cheese btw, it was a 2 gate into nexus and i won through good macro, and good timing atks and unit positioning. he did tell me that he underestimated me. so yeah I TOOK A GAME FROM COMBAT-EX! i know i know for some its not that big of a deal, but I'm a C- rank player now, trying to improve someday to B and maybe if i have much success the admirable ranks of the As ,and you gotta give me some credit i beat him in a straight up game
I know beating Combat-EX is not a big of a deal to some, but I made much improvements since last year. Last year I was Zerg, so i was at first Protoss, then zerg, now Protoss. I distinctly remember that i started the switch to Protoss around May of 2008, and before the switch to protoss i was your noob bgh 3v3 fastest or just ums gamer. I have come a long way.
Now I want C I will be C!!!

I played combat-ex before. I lost, but that was 1 year ago though. he did some mass ling all in against me when I was protoss. BUT, I was only a D player then. Now I'm D+/C-. I want to play combat-ex again.

Well your in luck because as long as you hover around the D ranks you have a good chance of getting a game with combat-ex.

He kinda sucks, but his vids are hilarious.

What's with all the combat-ex hate? He's no top player, but he is pretty skilled, good mannered from what I've seen, and makes some hilarious (and informative if you're a mediocre player) vods. He can be a bit cocky but he's always seemed like a decent guy to me.

lol, I played some other "ex" guy, I remember some people saying how combat-ex taught him or something.
He only plays on blood bath on US East, and when I 5pool'ed he asked if I only do low eco builds.

If you let auto-replay save it, the file name might be too long. Simply rename it to a shorter name, maybe that'll work.

I met him on east like, a few years ago when I first found out about progaming and I joined on obs game on East. He told me that the sc2gg.com owner pays him $50 a video and he's play-testing SC2 for blizzard and was telling me all about the game. lol

lol yeah, inReach has much to do with it! This guy comes along when i desperately posted a blog of how to get better and reach my goal, c-, and he sees the potential i had, he believed in me, he guided me to the right direction and said " You know what? Hey if you go back to D/D+ you can play combat-ex all day... wasn't he like 50-12 playing a bunch of lower ranks players when he was makin the fpvods...? I believe there was a thread about how when TL checked his match list it was vs a ton of D/D- players... maybe a few D+...
EDIT: I mean you cant really hate the guy for trying to show how a strategy is done. Even though it was all versus lower ranked players I have to say back when I was like D I watch the vods and it did help me... but now that Im better than that D+/C- on and off, I can really see some of the flaws in the way he plays... but yeah he should of done this stuff versus opponents who stood a chance against a D+/C-

hey combat is a cool guy, he is just posting some tutorial videos for the lower ranks out there. Sure he may have versed lower ranks than him most of the time, and i do agree, i see flaws in his games sometimes, but there is no doubt that in a real straight up game combat is a good player C+ and up i hear means you're pretty good. so yeah, i didn't post this thread trying to remind ppl of combats flaws or deeds, I just am happy i beat him showing me that I have come a long way.

Serious about what? Even if combat was a complete and total noob I would still respect him for contributing to the sc community with his vods and being gm (to me personally, every time I've met him).
