EPTThere's certain cashshop items that lower the level requirement of the items. I was level 82 so I needed one that reduces a level 90 item to level 80.
Me and my friend searched for days so I decided to get some gpotatoes(game currency) as it would be much faster and more convinient.
And note that I had been buying gpotatoes quite regularly over the past year or so that I was playing. I had always been using eNets and the transactions had always been successful and instant. Whenever the bank sent the receipt, the game currency would be in the account.
But here's what's been happening. The fucking website after I got my receipt from the bank some-fucking-how timed out. WTF? I was on the webpage less than a minute. The transaction was less than a minute. So the fucked up part is that a)The transaction wasn't successful. b)My money had already been deducted from my account.
Fine. So I used the question and answer function on the PayByCash website. I posted my problem. Here's what I said.
"Hi I just made a purcahse via eNets for FlyFF gpotatoes. The transaction on the bank side appeared to be successful as they showed me the online receipt and I even checked the account history showing my purcahse being made.
However, the PayByCash site showed that the webpage was timed out and my transaction was cancelled. However, the amount has already been deducted from my bank account.
Is there a way for me to get my payment through? Thanks"

WTFFF?????How the FUCK are you going to receive my payment when your fucking site timed out my transaction and asked me to restart my transaction? Does that mean I restart and pay all over again? I tried that again and it timed out yet a second time. So that means I've wasted 60 dollars already and I still haven't got any shit.
Worst thing is that exams are like over.. there's 3x exp event and I can grind with my friend but I guess they don't have a shit about what I was talking about.
Wtf. I'm never buying that again.
