what's your response to terran 1/1/2 or 2/1/2 marine/banshee/raven, given that you opened 1 gate robo or 2 gate robo and didn't go for anything kinky like void rays or fast DTs in the first place? community-related question: do you plan on doing more casting/commentating showmatches and stuff in the future? | ||

CatZ vs Axslav - Steppes CatZ vs Time - Steppes - this one is still encoding I think, just uploaded it a bit ago. Even if you fight it off (though I do like Time dropping pylons for the contain) you are faced with a Zerg that has fast expanded to the Gold. He then goes into baneling/zergling combinations to take out the zealots you had to get out in order to hold him off. | ||

It's critical that you don't overexpand.. honestly if they 1 bbase you should 1 base if they do the 2 base variation it's fine to 2 base but no more until they do their big attack. FB or storm or both is great there. Yes I plan on doing a lot more commentary/showmatches. I love doing them  I'd do more if I could! But I plan on doing more. | ||

The game he did it to me I 10 gated at the choke and had a single slot open he actually got in but once I cleared the small ling force with my chrono'd zeal + some lings he was behind. I then did the 3 gate expand and used a sentry heavy army to deflect his banelings but also pressure him so that he had to continue to spend money on lings/banelings while I establish my expansion. He then took the high yield and went hydra. I used DT's to break the gold expansion and eventually I added collo to my army and won the game. It's critical vs zerg to constantly be feigning aggression so they can never get the drone count comfortably they want. With sentry play this is really easy because if they ever commit to an attack you can simply FF them and back off or dissect their forces. | ||
