Kind of desperate so maybe someone have ideas. So apparently my twitch account got hacked and the guy changed email and password. Emailed twitch. Got an answer 7days later (wtf) with an automated message asking questions like : "Why are you contacting Twitch" (i kid you not). So... It's been almost 3 weeks and... nothing. What can i do ? Any ideas ?  | ||

As soon as they got a clear monopoly they trashed their support and haven't looked back. They don't think that we are worth their time even if we're been paying them for the last 5 years. | ||

Reminds me of when I lost access to my MSN account and MSN was so bad when it came to customer service I published their response which was laughable. | ||
