Does Twitch support ever answer

Hi,

Kind of desperate so maybe someone have ideas. So apparently my twitch account got hacked and the guy changed email and password.

Emailed twitch. Got an answer 7days later (wtf) with an automated message asking questions like : "Why are you contacting Twitch" (i kid you not).

So... It's been almost 3 weeks and... nothing. What can i do ? Any ideas ?

I heard, sometimes tech companies respond quicker and better when you contact them via twitter. (Maybe it because it is more public?) Make sure to stay polite, though

No, they don't - it's been very well documented recently. It's the elephant in the room of game streaming that it seems nobody big wants to talk about.

As soon as they got a clear monopoly they trashed their support and haven't looked back. They don't think that we are worth their time even if we're been paying them for the last 5 years.

Man... I almost have 30 games on my twitch account...

So... What do i do ? Ring amazon ?

That seems like an interesting video but I clicked it at work and got nearly naked butt on my screen in an open plan office. Clicked to a different random spot and we're talking about sex toys.Tag a warning on that please!

Ok so... i contacted Amazon directly warning them about my renewal of Amazon Prime / Twitch Prime and while the first guy i talked to looked like he didn't even care, the second person told me they could contact twitch directly and i will get an answer in 48H... Hope they will because i would really much like to finish Q.U.B.E 2

what do you mean you have 30 games on twitch? twitch can be like steam, bnet launcher, origin etc? I only know twitch as a stream site.

That is really messed up.

Reminds me of when I lost access to my MSN account and MSN was so bad when it came to customer service I published their response which was laughable.

Yup. Didn't really buy them. But if you have twitch prime you get Free games. I have a few of them that are really good like tyranny, pillars of eternity, Q.U.B.E.2 etc...
