My Trip to Russia in 2014 June

Hello Teamliquid!

This is Hyeon from South Korea. I was once a BIG fan of Broodwar and was ICCup admin.
(Grrrr… I wrote like 1000 words but internet went off, lost all. So I’m going to write in short, sorry about that.)

I went to Russia for volunteering and met some Russian Broodwar guys in Moscow and I’d like to show it to you guys. (Already got approved from them

) The reason why I chose Russia was because I have quite fun impression of Russian people. What do you think of Russian? When i first heard of Russian, all i could think of was pretty women. (FYI, Russian girls are pretty but Ukrine girls are prettier

)

I posted some pictures of hilarious video, images on teamliquid(Blog page) on 2013. Since then, I really wanted to visit Russia before I die, and I got a chance.

So here are the pictures of Russian Broodwar guys and myself.

We went to Shisha(I’m not sure with spelling, it is ‘water cigarette’) place. Another Alexander(aka ICCup.Rp), myself, John and Viktor.

I was quite scared before I met them because I heard so many rumors of Russian people. But they were really kind and thanks to them, I could finish my trip to Moscow safely. I hoped there was a chance to host Moscow LAN but we didn't have enough time. T_T

Except myself, there were Scotish, Russian teachers, kids drew pictures of Korea, Scotland flag.

All the teachers were kind, i really miss them T_T

As I said, I was a little bit scared to go to Russia. But I was stupid, Russians are all same, just like me. So whoever is hesitate Russia, you don’t have to worry about it. Just leave and meet Russians!

Wow, I didn't know you kept up with Rus_Brain and Rp. They are both really cool guys, so is Largo. Rus_brain did the Big SCV thread (which has no pics now) and Rp did the CL updates for iccup news like a boss, without fail.
