On behalf of the Team Empire, I want to make an official statement regarding the situation with the delay in payment to streamer aido. As I mentioned in my tweet, we owe money and we have never denied this fact. Today I inspected what amount is involved. So, for the last six months we owe him $ 75 revenue from the advertising on twitch.tv. That is small amount which I’m personally will pay to him today. Since this payment was small, it was included in the payment of a centralized planned streamer project, and the transaction will be done in the beginning of August, after The International 4, and aido was informed about that fact. He reacted with disbelief to our promises and appealed to the community - we understand this move. I apologize for the misunderstanding and suppose that this topic can be closed. The more people know the better. Don't go overboard. One or a couple people don't represent the mentality of an entire organization. I agree it's not right, but the players are not involved with this, and this issue should be approached in a civil way.

No need to make offensive remarks like your last one. The players might've not done anything wrong, but you have to ask yourself, how can you put pressure on a team so they stop this criminal behavior. Obviously you can't just go sue them for $75... And if nobody cares about things like this, nothing will change. So I see where Laertes is coming from too.

Directing your anger at people who didn't do anything and had zero ability to stop the bad thing from happening isn't really a solution either. The players did nothing. Do we really blame employees when their boss does something wrong?

But rather than offend someone else's solution, why not propose what you'd do? It's easy to critique without bringing any of your ideas into play.

I get really mad when shit like this happens so maybe I overreacted a little bit. In case you're wondering, StrangeR refused to pay the guy he scammed now because he went to the community. I don't know about you but that's a little disgusting, is there an alternate solution or do we just have to let this poor guy take it in the ass? If you are that disgusted pay the guy yourself. Thats how it works in the real world. Shit happens and Im not going to lose sleep over it. This is esports, its still very much like the wild wild west. You know DK still havent been payed for winning WPC from last year?

And if organizations want to launder money, not pay players, scam, etc... We should just let these organizations be successful in the scene because hell, it supports esports?

This is grown up land, people can stick up for themselves and we can support them in doing so. But going crazy full drama on the team because one kid is out $75 is not a good response. Fuck, I miss State of the Game.

Heck I don't think anyone in the scene supports organisations, and not players. The old mym were very big and popular. But no one cares that much relatively about the danish stack just because they are wearing that brand. If the entire squad of dk got replaced by say speedgaming.cn, would you still support this new dk squad? Or would you support the former dk team that maybe called themselves team imba or something. While its good to highlight bad stuff that happened in the organisation, this has absolutely nothing to do with the players or ti4. No need to condemn or hope for shitty performances from the players.
