EPT1) How can you tell a very young child's personality through an adoption site, especially through vague/biased descriptions?
2) You can't choose whether you like a child based only on their personality anyways, since children constantly change;
3) Raising an adopted child in the US (I suppose that's where you will do so) will imprint the child with US culture, not KR culture... if the child is from KR it doesn't mean that the child will suddenly speak KR as he grows in the US, let alone play SC well.
