Been feeling quite a good bit better just from doing these workouts + avoiding junk food more. Also played some tennis and just generally been going out more and doing more things that involve moving around outside of the house haha! Also getting into cooking lots of really nice food. Even though I'm not into measuring out food and stuff im actively cutting down my meal sizes and avoiding unhealthy food, and minimising the fat and sugar content in dishes im preparing.
Been making some of Zee's amazing Carribean chicken with Dot (http://www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?t=6600), omg it's so amazing. After a few years of preparing myself the crappiest budget food with limited meat, this stuff is amazing. It, as well as a few really nice restaraunts I've been eating at and some good cooking shows (want Jamie Oliver to somehow have my babies!) has all inspired me to fix up my cooking stuff at home. Got a nice block of fancy knives for stabbing burglars/preparing food and am buying proper cookware so I can make stuff other than the 3-4 simple and relatively bland dishes I make repeatedly! Made some bolognaise today, massive batch with over a kg of meat, but it turned out a bit overly oily despite draining the mince-fat so will definitely cut out the bacon fat and use lean mince next time!
Anyway the result of all this is eating better food makes me not crave junk so much. And forcing myself to be more active and exercise at least a few times a week has made me sleep much better and feel much stronger, more energetic and happier.
I weighed myself the other day and was down to 90.8kg from the original 93kg 2 weeks ago, so that's not too bad. I weighed myself after brekky and took a sexy shirtless photo so I will do this on a roughly weekly basis so I can look back at the progress I'm making. I'll need to ensure I always weigh myself at the same time so I make sure im not just imagining ive lost weight by measuring when I wake up in the morning before I eat anything!
Slight bit of definition in my arms makes me feel slightly less weedy. Maybe now I can hunt down whichever voodoo witch is trying to curse my house. I keep finding Duck-heads, literally DUCK-HEADS in my driveway. I assumed it's a crazy asian lady that works at one of the chinese BBQ places trying to feed the stray cats that hang around, but just today I found one in our BACKYARD. Wtf, so they've literally walked around the side of our house and put it there, or thrown it over the back fence... freaks! Gunna totes scare them with ma pecs yo! Unfortunately they resemble Pamela Anderson's pecs more than Arnie's right now.
On another note a stream viewer told me that he started exercising as a result of watching me flounder about infront of my webcam! I inspired someone w00t!
