I am done with razer mice. Another abyssus has kicked the can (well, it kicked the can last week). My last 4 mice have now been razer mice, each lasting 4-6 months. Time to order a g9x or something since they are on sale for $57 on Amazon atm....
Haven't really been able to play SC2 without being really annoyed for over a month now since the tracking already had started developing a huge bias, so I ended up with 0 minimap awareness because I would have to focus all my attention on controlling the mouse pointer, which is partly why I stopped playing ladder altogether.
Why do Abyssuses feel so plastic-like, and feel so damn terrible of build quality? They don't feel anything like the bigger razer mice I've seen. Oh well, on to other claw grip mice.

Maybe try the zowie mico (I think it was called). A lot of my friends swear by it, and I believe it's a smaller mouse.
Only goes up to 1600 dpi, so too slow for the amount of wrist movement I use. 3500+ only basically.
Sigh, my DA was amazing for the 1 year it lasted then it pooped I'm planning on finding a large steelseries mouse or something to replace it but if I can't, i'm gonna go straight back to razer. The deathadder is simply too perfect for my hand to give up
I got a Sensei[RAW] or w/e the capitalization is, and it's very nice. Used to have a Razer Naga (you know, the original one that was fucking awful as shit with the clicking issues and glitchy sensor). Feels very solid, no problems or complaints yet. Also unlike the new Synapse 2.0, the Steelseries engine doesn't crash every time it gets opened.
go with the MiCo it is has a solid shape built for micro no special buttons cause thats what your keyboard is for... only one problem rare scroll wheel squeak but has been pretty solid after that.. Built for CLAW GRIP!

Oh wow, I see... :/
Hm, in that case I recommend the CM Storm Spawn. Great price, and it's overall an incredible, incredible mouse. I actually meant to recommend that one in the first place.

One thing about the Storm Spawn that makes me nervous is that it's rated for significantly less clicks than the g9x. Makes me wonder if that relates to build quality at all.
Ah, that might be true I suppose. If you can spare the money, you might as well try out the Storm Spawn since it's really quite cheap. 5 million clicks is also not too bad. At how many clicks is the g9x rated? I couldn't google up the answer :X
I'm surprised to hear this. I bought a DA and then got the black widow keyboard too. Both are still going strong (2 years DA and 1.5 BW) Haven't even had the slightest problem. I'm hoping that you guys are all the exception, because I have happy hands using the stuff I have.

I play at 3500 right now, which is the most the abyssus can go to. I kind of want to try higher though, just as an exercise in hand-eye xD

Deathadder feels solid. Abyssus feels like a piece of shit. Sadly I use the Salmosa/Abyssus cause that's the only claw grip mice Razer makes.
TT-esports mice are pretty good, roccat, steel series, logitech <- all make good mice. Must be said I've got a DA and haven't had a problem :/ Why would anyone buy an abyssus anyway? eww.
