Recently I was thinking about how day9 is just really really awesome. And I thought there are hundreds of people out there trying to show their gratitude for him so I thought I'd give it a crack. Here's a poem I bashed out (it may not be the finest piece of literature you have ever seen :D) please post your thoughts/appreciation for day9 ^^
Day9 I admire you for how awesome you are Always smiling never down happiness is never far Now Monday's are my favourite day of the week Thanks to you my skill level can always peak Tuesday you teach us Wednesday you preach to us
Without you who knows where we'd be You let us watch great content for no fee You are one of the faces of Starcraft A game which requires a lot of hard graft You make this easy, you make it fun And remember, we all love you a ton <3

I really appreciate and respect his general attitude. He doesn't sweat the small stuff and is super positive in his outlook on everything.

Day9 is awesome but be sure to make a distinction between his personality in front of the camera and away from it. I'm positive even Day9 is human and sweats things sometimes, so you don't have to emulate being positive 100% of the time (and in fact shouldn't).
He is a really good and hard working guy

Day[9] is such a baller as he makes my problems smaller. He's quite the handsome nerd this is going to be the last word.

This is a very important distinction to make, Day[9] has days where he has had breakdowns, and he has had days when he is sad (daily 100 said so), but the way he acts now and the way he presents himself is definitely something to learn from .

I agree. Everyone gets sad sometimes especially if you do the stressful job Day9 does, but the impressive thing about him is that he is able to be a cheerful baller in front of the camera, despite what is going on inside his head. Pretty fucking cool.

Day[9] is amazing, everyone here will agree on that; but Sean is simply the sweetest person I met in my entire life!
He's genuine; with him it's "what you see is what you get"... and even better than that! When I met him at NASL S3 (on friday afternoon and later in that same evening...and at different moments during that same weekend, but those moments in particular)... I can't emphasis enough on how nice he is!
I was really nervous to meet him because I didn't know how I would reacted (be speechless? forget English? (my 1st language is French) ... or even better/worst, fainting?) I was shaking like a leaf in an autumn storm! (also the fact that I'm naturally a shy person (I'm working hard on that part) didn't help me!)
But his presence calmed me down! He knew I was going to be there and when I arrived face to face with him, he recognized me, he smiled, hugged me (best hugs ever!) and he made me feel comfortable and I had the possibility to have a normal conversation with him for many many minutes! I was delighted!
Meeting him that weekend was really one of the best days of my life!
Thank you Sean, thank you very much! <3

That helped, for sure ^^ but since he's following me on twitter and my picture was my face (now updated with my picture with him!), that's probably how he recognized me! ^^

Day9 is one of the most inspirational people in StarCraft 2. Cheerful, laughing often. I really hoped to meet him during Dreamhack summer too. Hoping that he will never stop being so awesome. *hides back to closet - yes, I am such a closet fan *
