Hey nerds! :D
It seems it's that rare date that consists of only binary numbers. Yes, 0's and 1's. What does binary has to do with today? Well, it's 11/11/11 obviously.

This day is probably not recognised among ordinary people, but it's a special day for the rest of us. ^^
Why? Well, apart from the date being binary, the next binary day is on January 1, 2100, so there won't be another unil then.
So happy binary day guys! May guys dealing with Computer Science and programming have even bigger success in the future.

It's just my 1st year of studying Computer Science and I'm still learning. As far as I know, however, computers understand only 0's and 1's. Any other number is translated into binary. For example, 2 is 0010. 128 is 10000000. Why? It's just easier for computers to do it that way, while it isn't so easy for us.
Hopefully I'm not misleading. ^_^
