This time I'm not out for a adventure in a restaurant. No! This time I did cook myself and god it was awesome. Ok.. where do I start. Last week I had my friend Sarah over and we decided to have a good time and cook and eat whatever we want.
We decided to make various meals... of which I'd like to share some pictures with you guys.
First of, we started with a receipt of my home country... Italy.
WARNING - IF YOU ARE HUNGRY - YOU BETTER DON'T OPEN THE SPOILERS!
LASAGNA!
+ Show Spoiler +
You have been warned.
Cut smoked bacon into little pieces
Same with 2 pieces of celery a carrot and an onion
Put the bacon in a pot first and fry it until it gets a bit crispy
Add the rest (celery, carrot, onion and later (~7 minutes in this case) hacked tomatos (800g) a bit of water
Let it cook for a bit.. and add hacked parmigiano reggiano and basil
Now let it cook for 45 minutes on low heat. and you are ready to prepare it with the individual layers. For me its sauce, lasagna noodle-layer, crème fraîche with pepper salt and a bit of parmigiano reggiano... and repeat it.
Should look somewhat like this:
Put it in the preheated oven!
AWESOME! - the topping by the way is not gouda like a lot of people use it to bake, its parmigiano as well
NEXT IS - MEATLOAF with fucking awesome stewpot
+ Show Spoiler +
Start with hacking the onion
Fry them
Prepare the meat!... and form it into something you like...
Now put it into the preheated oven for 30 minutes
Preparing the stewpot
Frying!
Adding hacked tomatoes and chickpeas
Cook it for a while and add it around the meatloaf and top everything with bacon
Its ready when the bacon is golden and the stewpot is boiling just a bit
EAT!!!!!
THOSE ARE NOT STEP BY STEP RECEIPTS! If you want I can post them step by step... and in detail! Part 2 incoming (can't use bold anymore!)
