ok so i did blog earlier saying that i was going to stream all night till i got to gold
40 games later. i finally achieve gold
the funny thing is i was a silver 3 who got promoted to gold 20
the opponent that i was placed agenst was bronze 1
he wasnt on placement matches either.
so it is a very weird experience but neverless, i am happy to play golds now.
the build that i used was the 3 rax stim. (im terran of couse)
the build order is
10 supply
12 barracks
13 ref
14 tech on barracks,
stim as soon as it finishes
and down the line
16 OC, supply, 2 more barracks,
one with tech (and train cuncusion shell) and one with reactor
just keep pumping off maraders and marines,
push when you have stim completed
this worked agenst terran and very well agenst protoss, agenst zerg it worked suprisingly well, but i was in silver, so find another build if u please,
this got me to gold in about 40 games, when i have already played about 200 games,
try for urself and let me have feedback.

3 Rax Stim or 3 rax into expand is good at your level so you can practice macro without worrying too much about cutesy shit. Nice solid opener.

Now that you're working toward platinum, you'll be facing a lot of Protosses who can forcefield the ramp and will have the units to kill your push. The 3rax build will also stop working on Terrans and Zergs around this time, I believe.
In TvP you should probably just get two barracks, one with a tech lab and one with a reactor, and expand at like 30 supply.

You can put pressure on when stim finishes as long as he isn't 1basing. I think a lot of Terrans will do this stim push with 4 barracks and mostly marauders.
Remember that you don't have to rest all your hopes and dreams on that one attack. You're allowed to turn around and you're allowed to transition/expand afterward.
