I'd like to discuss the pros and cons of my favorite mice here. Feel free to add to the discussion.
Basic Microsoft Mouse

Cons: * Mouse fanboys will scorn your taste in such simple mice. * No extra functions.
Razer DeathAdder

Logitech G5

Cons: * Expensive if you can buy one. * Hard to find. You really gotta go out and find one.

You forgot one of the most important parts of mouse ownership, a mousepad.

IPS is most important IMO adjustable DPI is only nice to have, but not required.

dude I thought this thread/blog was about the computer mouse ~_~ but after i clicked on the show spoiler frkn a REAL mouse POP out in front of my screen MAN I WAS TOTALLY SCARED due to the fact that i saw a real mouse yesterday while playing game! crawling on me -___- gaHHHHHHHH

on a more serious note, i got a deathadder and i like it a lot more than my diamondback. the shape is more comfortable for my hand

Seriously though, I'm never buying a Razer again. Can't believe that POS died after 3 months. I'm now back on my totally fucked up looking 5 year old MX518 that still works like on its first day. ;_;
